They don’t even deserve 1 star — absolute scammers. I paid £220 for 3 dresses and then they completely ignored me no matter how many times I messaged. Zero customer service, just took the money and disappeared. Had to go through my bank to dispute it, and thankfully got my refund. Total scumbags trying to rip people off. Avoid at all costs.

I have to give one star because there is nothing less than that

I just wants to aware everyone, don't buy anything from them I placed the order on 4th of October till date I'm waiting for the reply. Even I tried to contact by tiktok they don't bother at all. It's big scam they put the dresses on sale trust me you never ever get. Stop buying big fraud company.

I am highly disappointed with the fact that how they deal with their customers. I have placed my order in August and paid for 2 dresses and then I have received an email says that the order will dispatch in 10-14 working days. It’s been over a 2 months since I have not received any response or any update about my order. I have tried to contact them multiple times via email, website and TikTok but no response. They are so good to respond on TikTok when they want to scam new customers but once you place the order and pay then they disappear like they never exist. Please avoid them and avoid to pay for any order.

I placed an order on 25august and they still not giving me tracking they are totally fraud and I complaint to Tik Tok which they advertising and also I complaint trust pilot but no one give any response so JLWAA is scam

I paid for 2 items on tiktok and literally after paying for them the algorithm sent me videos from buyers who had not received their packages. I got worried and messaged the company who said they were genuine. Nevertheless, I requested a refund and they cancelled my order straight away. They stated the refund would take 3-5 days and true to their word i got the refund on day 4. I can only speak about my experience but the communication was really quick.

If I could I would put 0 star the seller extremely rude and boasts about the company when I inquire about my suit nearly 1 month. And still did not receive. They are arrogant and rude .had to open dispute with my bank to to refund

It’s a scam, I don’t understand how people can be so cheap just for the sake of money. You are doing fraud here and one day it is going to come back to you. shameless people.

I ordered my clothes on the 26th July I still haven't received mine I massaged them multiple times and emailed them multiple times no response they are frauds and scammers they take money but never send anything please report them on TikTok they are liers

Disgusting behaviour! This is a SCAM! The seller responds immediately after purchase but then ignores all follow-up messages. I placed an order and asked if I could collect it in person, as their bio listed Birmingham as a location. I was given an address in Rowley Regis Trading Park and told collection would be possible in a few days due to supplier issues. I agreed, but when I arrived, no one under that name was registered there. Staff at the location said this has happened multiple times. Apparently, they previously operated as Jalwaonline and now as JLuxe. Absolutely shameless! You post on TikTok everday now let me
