I purchased the **Jambu Tahoe Black and White shoes** on sale, thinking I was getting a great deal. Unfortunately, the shoes turned out to be defective. When I reached out to request a return and refund, I was shocked to be told that the sale was *final*—something that was **never stated** in the ad or on my invoice.

Had I known this was a "final sale," I would have reconsidered my purchase. This kind of **dishonest business practice**—selling defective products and then refusing to accept returns—feels like outright **theft**. I expected better from Jambu, but this experience has completely eroded my trust in the brand.

If you're considering buying from them, be warned: **Their sales may come with hidden policies that they don't disclose until it’s too late.** I will not be purchasing from Jambu again.

Ordered shoes from Jambu.com on Dec 14 for my wife. She wanted to return online on Dec 27 because they're the wrong size. The paperwork said to go to jambu.com returns. NOPE. Got a 404 (bad web page). Went to jambu.com main page, scrolled down to "returns". Entered the order # and zip code... Not eligible for return?!?! I called their 800 #. They tell me that it was a final sale. It was not a final sale. No where did it ever say it was a final sale: Not online, not in the paperwork, not in the emails, not on the invoice, nowhere. The agent told me that they're working on adding the word "final sale" to the online page. Since he sees it's "Final Sale" they cannot accept any returns. Jambu is completely dishonest. Do NOT trust Jambu.com.
