I placed and paid for a large Pokémon order with this company based on their social media presence, reviews and communication.

Initially communication was active and professional. However, after payment the shipping process became increasingly unclear. I received multiple explanations regarding logistics and customs delays, but no final carrier tracking number, airway bill or official shipment confirmation.

Communication later became very limited and difficult.

At the moment I still have not received the goods or clear proof that the shipment was actually dispatched.

I strongly recommend caution with large orders and suggest using only payment methods with strong buyer protection.
