I had an incredibly distressing experience with Jaro Education’s admission process for IIM Trichy's Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Executive General Management (e-GMP), specifically due to a sales counselor named Abhinav.
As a working professional with two years of work experience, I had a genuine, long-term intent to pursue this course. I initially wanted to complete the application myself, but Abhinav forced his way into the process and rushed me through it. After getting the admission letter, I was given a strict 2-day deadline to decide.
Since this is a massive financial commitment, my father spoke with Abhinav to ask legitimate questions regarding the GST charges being applied and to verify Jaro Education's background. It took just two more days to clarify these financial aspects and ultimately decided to let go of the offer due to our constraints.
When I rejected the offer, Abhinav completely lost his professionalism. He became extremely rude, hostile and insulting. He lacked any shred of empathy, telling me that I "didn't have the guts" face him or to do the course and accused me of "creating drama" just because my family asked normal financial questions and required a couple of days to evaluate.
Being constantly pushed and pressured with non-stop calls was bad enough, but being verbally insulted by a representative for doing financial due diligence is completely unacceptable.
I was actually planning to join this program down the line and refer this course to my friends and professional connections. However, after this impolite behavior, that thought is entirely gone. This experience has truly made me reconsider if I ever want to move forward with Jaro Education. They need to train employees like Abhinav on basic human decency and professional boundaries.

Worst place to work not good

Don't let their 'Best Place for Women' tagline fool you. The reality is very different.
Daily Reality:11-hour workdays (9:30 AM–8:30 PM) are standard, and you can't leave without permission. This isn't flexibility it's control.

Management Issues: The manager (Manali) treats fresher employees poorly on a daily basis. Her behavior suggests she's bringing unresolved personal stress into the office. Juniors are spoken to harshly without constructive purpose.

Why This Matters: As someone early in my career, I joined hoping to build skills. Instead, I spent my time managing an uncomfortable, hierarchical environment and recovering from long hours. The company claims to support women, but the work culture is extractive.

Who Should Apply: Only if you can tolerate rigid hours, lack of autonomy, and a manager who doesn't respect junior talent. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The Real Cost:,you won’t even learn anything at the expense of your mental health and personal life.

Jaro was chasing me from 2019, finally I got trapped by them in 2021 for online MBA programme in which with the programme they were providing placement facilities from 1st year itself. It was like from college website portal you can directly apply for top companies recruitment.
I don't know what kind of collaboration they have with the colleges as well, even the colleges were lying with Jaro ....
- classes will be on weekend
- it's objective kind of assessment easy to pursue mba
- placement services from 1st semester
- it's a regular kind of programs ... But later on assessment was happening with distance education Nd on result mentioned that bvusoe and distance learning...

No clarity.... From their side - I wasted my 41K on believing them ...
And lots of the professor from Bharati Vidyapeeth University was also supporting the courses ..... They were convincing students not to leave complete the courses ...

A big fraud company who does not pay money to his employess. A pathetic company with a super pathetic HR Sushant Mallya. When you ask for your salary he will terminate and threaten for a legal action. Dont work here and dont use their product. Scammers, cheaters and con

Yes, I had joined this company has fresh mba and today I am handling 2 regions and that is why I consider that be fortunate enough to be of jaro education.

I have done my PGDM hybrid program offered by weschool with the help of Jaro education..my overall experience with jaro was nice...can more focus on placement assistance.

While creating the course content for the students, lot of things have been considered. Like, describing about any point or a concept. This is to ensure that every student is able to understand the meaning of each topic. There is no kind of hesitation being built & the transfer of the knowledge becomes clearer than before. Jaro Education has rightly brought in a better thought process in me& this is why I am in the Research & Development Department of a big Company.

The profile of an HR Manager always attracted me. So after a detailed search on the net wanted to do it from Jaro Education. They have been very innovative in creating a suitable content for the subject. Plus the video lectures further ensure that all doubts of the students are sorted out. When I completed the course & gave a kick-start to the career, it was like fresh ideas coming into the company & changing the structure of the company.
