It means a great deal to hear that we were able to give you a positive experience after things hadn’t gone so well with your previous instructor. Building that confidence back up can take time, so it’s wonderful to hear how patient, friendly and reassuring Borbala was and, most importantly, that the good habits she helped you develop stayed with you even after an eight-month break.

We’re also delighted that moving over to automatic with Vikas worked out so well. Creating a relaxed environment where you can have a laugh while still being properly prepared for test day is so important, particularly when nerves can sometimes get the better of you. Clearly all those mock tests and practice around the Pinner area paid off!

Thank you as well for your incredibly kind words about Chloe and the support you received throughout your journey. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to Borbala, Vikas and the wider team.
