I've had the pleasure of having Jason on my podcast a couple times now since 2021. Every time we speak Jason shares so much insight and knowledge around short lease properties. He discusses not just the successes, but the challenges and lessons as well. I had seen a number of podcasts where Jason was interviewed and he came across genuine and extremely knowledgeable about short lease acquisitions. I reached out and opted for the 5 week course, this was delivered one to one via zoom one hour a week and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Jason prepared presentations and examples and his attention to detail was on another level. This is no get rich scheme, however, this is someone passing on knowledge and training whom has grown an empire from short lease acquisitions, the price is small to pay for such a valuable lesson.
