I had a very disappointing experience with this survey company. Their screening process was clearly inadequate and lacked basic attention to detail.

Before scheduling me, they failed to ask the necessary qualifying questions to determine whether I was actually eligible for the survey. Because of their poor vetting, I was invited to participate and took the time to show up—only to find out that I didn’t qualify once the survey had already started.

This situation was entirely avoidable and a direct result of their lack of due diligence. It ended up wasting my time and effort, which is frustrating enough on its own. What made it worse was their refusal to provide any compensation, despite the fact that the issue was caused by their own oversight.

Overall, the process felt disorganized and unfair. Participants should not have to bear the consequences of a company’s failure to properly screen candidates. I would not recommend working with them unless they significantly improve their qualification process and take responsibility for mistakes like this.

They've conducted numerous surveys with me, but they haven't paid me anything after more than two months. I selected Amazon gift cards as my payment method and received them, but I haven't received them.
Now, the email address they used is no longer available.

The company contacted me and told me that they are currently making system changes and this is what caused the delay. Today the cards were sent via Amazon.

They conducted multiple surveys with me as a subject matter expert, but haven't paid any honorarium after more than six weeks. When I followed up with them, they claimed they have an internal issue with PayPal, which isn't a reasonable claim. Also, they claimed people who chose Amazon Gift Cards as a payment method received them, but I personally know an expert who chose an Amazon Gift Card and hasn't received it after more than six weeks, so their claim doesn't match what I've observed.

Update 1: It seems they have multiple split teams, some of which are faster than others. I noticed that for one subject matter expert I know, an Amazon Gift Card and a PayPal payment were sent recently(with 2 months delay), but I have not received mine yet after about two months.

THEY WON'T PAY! THEY GET YOUR INFO AND THEN CHEAT YOU!
