Good service, large video selection. I signed up for a trial subscription, compared it with similar sites, and liked this site better. When I temporarily didn't need the subscription in the second month, but because I forgot to cancel it, they charged me, but support helped and refunded everything.

Videos load quickly playing is convenient withdrawals are smooth and fast the interface is simple and modern there are many payment methods support is quick and helpful overall experience is positive

I have subscribed to JAVHD many times over the past 10 years, and it has been about a year and a half since my last sub expired. I saw a good deal so I went with is never having trouble before, and i did read the legal mumbo jumbo beforehand. Sign up for full access is what it said on their site, but that is not really true. When i did sign in I noticed the you only now have access to about 45.6%of all content, because the rest is token paid videos on average about $12 per movie or $0.08 per token. Most movies are 150 tokens but there are a few that are 100 tokens =$8.00. But to have membership and only have access to 45% of the content, come on. And i noticed that there are many censored videos now where before there were practically none. JAVHD use to pride it's self on the fact that there videos were not censored, it was their flagship feature, their main selling point, they bragged and boosted about it. Guess that has gone out the window these days as well, And before with a membership you would have access to 5 or 6 other sites on their network, bye bye to that too, there is no network access to anywhere else at all anywhere. I am so disappointed and have buyers remorse. I should have gone with JapanHVD, no censorship at all on any video, you have full access to all videos, and you can even choose a plans that are non recurring for a set time period. Of course I learned all this after wasting my time at JAVHD. JAVHD use to be a fantastic web site, one of the best if not the best. But something happened apparently over the past year and a half because it isn't what it use to be, not even close, and that is very sad, very sad. I will place greed as the culprit, putting them on the down hill slide. Someone made some very bad business choices and it is going to cost them big time, they may not be able to recover from this. Long time veterans of the site (users) are bailing out. I know many who will not be re-upping when their current sub expires, me being one of them.

I already tried contacting your support as you suggested, but I still have not received a response. I only signed up for the $1 trial, but my card was charged $59.99 and an additional $3.

I hope your team can review my account and help resolve this issue soon. I am still waiting for assistance and a possible refund. Thank you.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Paid for only the trial version of 1 dollar but was immediately charged 3 more times with the 3rd time being 59.99 tried cancelling but no cancellatio email was sent and not customer service even though they boast 24/7 customer service. I want a refund.

I signed up for a 3-day free trial. However, before the trial period ended, I was immediately charged $60. I was also charged $10 right after clicking on a paid video, even though I never agreed to spend $10 on tokens.

I believe I was deceived. I am requesting a refund of $70 and the immediate cancellation of my membership.

Like some other users, I was charged an unclear fee 70USD and 59.99USD after signing up for a free trial. Really sure, I didn't pay for more any after sign up 3days for trial. I am currently waiting for your response and for this issue to be properly reviewed and resolved.

Excellent service with high-quality video and prompt technical support. Sometimes there are difficulties canceling a subscription, but refunds are prompt. Overall, the experience is positive and the service is reliable.

The video is very good quality. Technical support is always in touch and responds promptly. Due to inattention when ordering a subscription, I did not cancel some items, and the wrong amount was charged. We quickly sorted it out and the funds were returned to me. Overall, the service leaves a positive impression.

I purchased the Unlimited Access package and deeply regret it. Most videos require additional coins to watch. On top of that, I was offered three trial subscriptions. After researching, I found out these trials must be canceled within 24 hours, otherwise they automatically turn into regular monthly subscriptions.

Following JAVHD’s own instructions, I canceled all subscriptions just 2 hours after purchase. I even received an on-screen confirmation that everything was canceled (luckily I took a screenshot). Despite this, today I discovered that $40 was still charged to my credit card.

In my opinion, JAVHD is a scam and engages in unfair and illegal practices.

I have started with a trial version.
Becarfull because when accepting for payment they include 2 other site aswel (Deselect these) so pay atttention.

Then I could use the site.
After the trail I took a 1 month subscription.
Also here pay attention to Deselect the 2 sites.

Cancellation is no problem I could do it very easy.

The search & filter option should be beter. If you search for anal you get trans videos aswel (selection hetro only would be nice) also more filter options, or search with multiple categories.

So the site has hot video
But also work with tokens. But more then enough free movies.

They will get 5 stras if the search/filter options will be better

Absolute scam, no options to avoid full payment even if you select trial and then when you cancel it shows an error. I cancelled 15 minutes after authorizing the free trial. Also no help from the so called 24/7 customer support that doesnt is conveniently out. Absolute fraud, now i have to go and speak to my bank and potentially visit a lawyer after this bullshit. Stay away.

Don't believe in their response, all they want to do is to scam your hard earned money. I registered for 3 days trial, no cross site subcription added (even if you add it, no price display for it) and bam they charged me instantly 59 usd. Customer support does not reply even after 1 day, their customer support phone number is fake, cannot connect to them. Just give yourself a favor and stay away from this site, if you got fraud by them, help reporting this website to take them down and prevent new people from getting fraud by them.

Be careful!!! This site is a scammer. It cheat you with $1 for 3 days trial period but once you subscribe they immediately charge you a full month for $54. Also you need to pay for most good contents which they dont tell you bout this on their subscription page. I contact support and they refused to refund me. And dont believe the reply from Javhd to make excuse and blame customers that because we dont cancel subscription in trail period. Why would I upgrade my subscription when my trail period still exists? the automatic upgrade will be charged immediately after you subscribed for trial period and login. You can see many reviews here. Most of them are cheat by JAVHD

This is a fraud website. All the content are ugly. And you have to buy tokens to watch good content. This wasn't made clear while signing up...

Trash site, makes you think you're doing the $1 trial only to charge you $59.99 very I ethical and scummy. Tried to contact for a refund but never received a reply now having to do the hassle of talking to my bank. Just stick to free sites

(while I only signed up for a 1-day trial for $1) and now it's $62.99 !!!
