multiple parts were missing pieces from…

multiple parts were missing pieces from the print and tolerances were off. some parts were missing from the order completely.

We have been using your 3D printed parts for our spindle gripper for about 4 years now and as always! They work great!

Order is missing items, and my emails are ignored

In my most recent order only two out of three items were shipped.
I have requested to to complete the order, but Jawstec did not respond to my email. They were ignoring my emails in the past, so I am not surprised.

Jawstec helps my prototyping projects flow. I can always count on them for prompt responses and delivery. Also, it is always a pleasure emailing with Javier. Makes me smile to know he is doing well each time we communicate.
