I booked a return flight only for my dad. Jay's Travel customer service has been first rate and reassuring. They assisted with adding wheelchair assistance and vegetarian meal to his ticket which I had not requested at the time of booking. I had heard about them through relatives when booking for my dad. They are very competitive and personalised. I will look to book future tickets with them.

Cannot thank JayTravel enough—they made our trip to Poland so special! They helped plan the entire trip and did everything they could to ensure it was exactly the way we wanted. Don’t book a ticket with this man he charged us an extra £320 per ticket, while the airline only charged £94.
