I ordered a watch from Jaztime and received an order confirmation on March 18, 2026. I duly paid the reservation fee. Since receiving the order confirmation, I have not heard anything further from Jaztime. In the meantime, I have contacted Jaztime three times via email. All of these emails have remained unanswered. As expected, the reservation fee has not been refunded. I strongly advise potential customers against ordering a watch from Jaztime.

Jazz time is a disreputable watch seller. I had personal interaction and barely avoided getting ripped off. Avoid at all costs.

I called to buy a platinum Daytona Rolex. There are several available. I asked which year they each were. I was told they could only tell me the year if I bought it first, then they would tell me the year. I told them they also have it on eBay at a lower price and I would buy it there but needed to know the year of the watch. They lady told me it could range. These watches are about 100k each and she hung up on me and wouldn’t share any info. Completely rude and not helpful. They have a great selection and will buy but can not and will not from here.

I tried to buy a new Rolex Datejust advertised on jaztime at $13,999. When i spoke to one of their staff to confirm they game the watch at the advertised price Madison said she "had it on her sheet" but couldn't confirm it was available until I place an order with a $125 credit card order. This is where the bait-and-switch happened. After getting the order and charging my card they called back to say the price had increased by$3,500!!

Why would they advertise a specific watch at a price that they cannot deliver? They are a bait-and-switch shop and a waste of my time.

I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews on Google and other sites(3.2 on Trust Pilot, C- on BBB).

Avoid this disreputable company and use a mainstream seller like Chronos24.com or Watchfinder for your luxury watch needs.

So I’m seeing high dollar buyers getting treated poorly (unusual, unprofessional, and unnecessary yes, but it’s his business to run the way he wants), yet I could tell the seller was jaded, snarky, and no nonsense when I first read the FAQ’s … so knowing the full drill now, I feel pretty confident that if I have done my research and just make it a clean purchase, it should go fine and I save a significant amount. I also have not seen one person claim fraud or bad products of any kind, just treatment & communication complaints (which again I understand) … but this guy is like the watch nazi lol so just like the soup nazi you do it cleanly and his way to get a great deal - otherwise he will go off on you. Or you pay more for better treatment somewhere else. Your choice. If he changes terms on me I’ll be ready and prepared to exit out and go another route. No complaints or arguments since I know what I’m getting into, the risks, and how it may benefit me. He is pretty damn witty too I must say, I cracked up at some of his responses … even though again I understand the buyers frustrations, especially for five figure watch purchases. I’m only looking to spend $5k so I’m really in for it lol. If I make a purchase, I’ll update this review and stars. (I’m based in US but in MX this week)

First, Jaztime prices their watches on point. Unfortunately their customer service and customer interactions are very disrespectful. I was trying to get an extra $500 knowing full well it’s retail value on my trade and was treated like “take it or leave it”. They don’t want a customer relationship, just a sale and only a win-win sale as the buyer and the seller. Having attempted to be professional from every aspect of negotiating, I’m giving up. Was ready to pay the retail price. Responses were -“Denied” and READ THE FAQ”. Somewhat humiliating really. With a little change in attitude they’d probably get nothing but positive reviews and have a rating between 4-5. Honestly? I don’t think they really care.

His wife invited me up from the street, all because I was wearing a nice watch. Right when I was finishing up with her, the owner/husband walked in. I rate the experience a 2/10

What a great buying experience at Jaztime! I purchased a brand new Patek 5226g. The price was the best I could find on the internet. Communication by phone and email was excellent. Don’t listen to the whiners and complainers, if you are a legit customer they will take care of you. They are my go to now for hard to find watches.

About to purchase my 5th watch from Jaztime. Need to wait until banks are open so when I call I will be ready to send wire. Huge inventory, I have shopped all over the world and have never seen better pricing or bigger inventory. They do not operate a conventional retail store and I respect their business model

the service was very good, and i saved about 30% off retail for a major brand.
i will do business with them again.

The tone of some of the messages sent by Jaztime do leave a lot to be desired and certainly those shown publicly on trustpilot are extraordinarily rude however, in my experience Larry is incredibly helpful and resourceful.

Larry sourced a Rolex Datejust for me and customised it. He sent the watch as he promised he would via FedEx and the beautiful Rolex was delivered to me within 24 hours. I’d recommend dealing with Larry for sure.

It’s a shame that some of the public reviews of Jaztime, regardless of the circumstances, are met with such hostility and are responded to using abhorrent and unnecessary language :(

Rude, misleading, and disrespectful sales agent. Their website asks multiple questions about whether you are 100% ready to wire the money at the end of the phone call. Only after that does the website show the phone number. The sales agent didn’t have the watch that they advertised available, he wasn’t even sure when (or if) he can get it for me. On top of everything, terrible customer service manners.

I called about a specific watch on their website. Kate (she tells me she's an owner) asks me 5 times if I'm ready to send a wire. Then she tells me she has to check on the price, as the website says all prices are subject to change based on market conditions and she says, unprompted, that prices only go up, not down. Kate gets back to me later in the day and quotes a price $2,000 more than the website but can sell me a lesser watch at the website price. Long story short, I buy the watch elsewhere for the original price and she sends a series of immature, stupid and rude texts. Update: These people have 1 star on BBB (written while wearing my new Rolex)

I have been looking at purchasing a Rolex Sky-Dweller for 4 years now. I have been on sites like Bob's Watches and 24Chrono etc. but I never really felt like the prices were as good as the watch itself. It comes down to trust and when you see a watch that is listed as preowned but in near-mint shape, what does that mean exactly? And therein lies the problem as it is all subjective.
I finally found a site that seemed to offer what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I called and talked with someone who was familiar with the Sky-Dweller I was interested in and once they had the watch in hand and said it was pre-owned but in like new condition, I decided to proceed. The associate described the watch as flawless. The sale came with the outer and inner Rolex boxes and all the hang tags and appropriate paperwork: ie books.
I purchased the Sky-Dweller via a wire bank transfer and JazTime said I would have the watch if I wired the funds as such.
Well, true to their word, I received the watch the very next day and it meet and exceeded my expectations, and I am not an easy person to please.
If I could give JazTime 6 stars I would!!!
I would encourage everyone to deal with JazTime! You will not be sorry!!

I am asking google and trust pilot to review this seller. The call one customer "Gay" in a derogatory manner, tell the other to go "#$%$#$" themselves. All in response to negative comments. ALL their responses to negative comments are unprofessional/hateful/homophobic and a clear indication that it will be impossible to deal with them in a professional manner. Frankly, their responses display a disgusting and disturbed individual. Very unprofessional and scary.

My wife and I were vacationing in Newport Beach, CA. We paid a visit to what we thought was a storefront as they had a pic on their site of a store front.... Whadda Joke!!.... We show up to a Hi Rise building. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. I had to be directed to a door w/ out a business name attached to it. Once I knocked on the door this creepy dude answers the door, You woulda thought I was and ICE agent and a light was shown on a cockroach!!!.. He could hardly speak frigin english, the office was maybe 200sf with no widows (shoebox)., and wanted nothing to do with answering questions, etc. All he could muster up to say was: Go to the website..... STAY THE F AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS!!!

I bought my wife’s Rolex Date Just for Xmas 2020 after seeing the reviews I wanted to provide my experience . I wanted to buy a larger size and they took the time to make sure I got the correct size instead of selling me something they had in stock . Of course they had to locate one which was a bit more money but was well worth it . They cared about my satisfaction . Excellent customer care I’m going to buy another watch for my self .
