Worm finish on some pieces after 3 months
Very pretty flatware I ordered two sets. Unfortunately after a few months some pieces started losing the gold finish. Their website says it is dishwasher safe but when I wrote to the company they said I should be using an eco cycle on my dishwasher to wash them. Really? Nowhere on their website do they say this. They offered a replacement of the damaged pieces and a discount on a bother set with a different finish. I said no. So if you buy from this company be aware that the flatware is not as high quality as they make it out to be.

As advertised, our flatware is dishwasher safe, and we also share care tips on our website to help keep it looking pristine for years to come like using the eco-friendly or gentle cycle on your dishwasher. Just to clarify, this is simply a way to help maintain the finish over time and doesnât mean the flatware isnât dishwasher safe.
For a bit of background, our flatware is made from 18/10 stainless steel with 100-cycle titanium alloy plating, one of the strongest materials available, using advanced plating technology. With over 100,000 orders fulfilled, cases like this are very uncommon, and we havenât seen similar reports since our 2024 upgrade. That said, depending on usage, slight fading (around 10â15%) can sometimes occur and is generally considered normal wear.

Horrible return policy
Horrible return policy. They will make you jump through hoops to make a return. Emailing them and taking photos of everything. No other company forces customers to do this for a simple product. They want to make it so difficult that you don't bother.
The products are not high quality. Very bad craftsmanship but this is what you get for buying stuff from an Instagram Ad I guess..

The flatware and knives I received were beautiful; they were packed perfectly. I love the look and feel of each items. I did have a very minor issue with the salt and pepper shakers but is was resolved immediately; the customer service was outstanding. Every piece has scratched and goldâŠ
Although my gold silverware discolored, maybe it was due to dishwasher, the company is sending me a brand new set in silver, hopefully this will not discolor and I can use in dishwasher. I think the quality of the silverware is great but people should be likely handwash if they get a set that is plated or colored other than silver.

Just to clarify, the gold finish did not fade, but the pieces appear to have been scuffed, which can happen if the surface comes into contact with harder materials over time.

I got the minimalist utensils sets and it was expanded to serving utensils, servers, chopsticks. The mystery pack is so fun, one of my order shipped the bath towels, I didn't like the bath towels as much, but I tried it for a minimal cost and its great for guest bathroom...the 2nd set I got the placemat, which we love. My 5yo child keeps taking the coaster away for play. Absolutely love them!

Jazzupco Acacia Cutting Boards
Received my Acacia Cutting boards from Jazzupco and I couldnât be more pleased. The shipping was fast and packaged very well. The cutting boards are beautiful with excellent craftsmanship. The design is well thought out for chopping, holding juice and then transferring to the pot. Actually this is the first wood cutting board I have found designed in this manner. It works great and I believe it will be in the family kitchen for many years to come. I will be purchasing more items from Jazzupco in the future. UPDATE: One of the woman at customer service reached out to me and took care of all the issues I was having and sent new product. I appreciate her efforts in resolving the problems I was having & I can now say that I am happy and will continue to use the product.
First⊠I paid for a FULL set, only 1/2 arrived so I had to reach out for that. 2. FOUR separate items shows up GOUGED I sent pictures and proof. It was NOT the shipping. Items arrived beautifully packed in original boxes, so it was on the company end before items shipped. I reached BACK out and someone said they would send the remaining damaged pieces now in another separate package. Still have not received them. 3. The plates are so sensitive they scratch rediculously easily. I reached out again and said that this was way too much hassle and that the quality was obviously not up to par and that I would like a refund and to send everything back⊠Items are in original packaging etc, but that has still not happened and now after sending numerous emails, nobody is responding back to me⊠Very disappointed and obviously this company is not baking their product the way they say they do with 100% moneyback guarantee⊠If someone reaches out and this issue gets resolved, I will write a new review until then I do not recommend this company at all ! I spent a small fortune on all of the dinnerware, flatware, wine, glasses, steak, knives, and cups⊠I would never order from them again based on my experience so far. Worst experience Iâve ever had with quality, follow through and honestly.

There truly arenât enough good things I can say about this company and how well they take care of their customers. I recently purchased a couple of mystery boxes, and the attention to detail in the packaging alone was impressive. I honestly expected a mix of mismatched pieces, but instead I received a beautiful, almost complete set.
