Although we didn't do a deal with this company as a private buyer made us a fair offer, James was courteous and helpful with all aspects, he wished us good luck and said we could go back to him if things didn't work out, which I will do if they don't!

Very easy to speak to. Always available on the phone and respond to emails very quickly.
