The saga continues with JB mod watches,I now have confirmation from Royal Mail that it is JB MOD Watches responsibility to speak to Royal Mail regarding the lost parcel, this has to be the worst experience ever regarding purchasing an item.
As I have said before stay away from this company there are other companies that do similar watches but will have a far better customer service, also I have left my telephone number on most of my emails and no one contacts you, this is just a faceless company just out to take your money when things go wrong with no commitment to help you out.

This company is a full of scams people i ricevessi the Watch 2 months later and also as soon I wash my hand straight away it get foggy is a good fake one looks really but isn’t. I have been send it email not answering back

Absoluter Betrug! Die Lieferung hat Monate gedauert, wurde immer wieder vertröstet. Bin in dieser Zeit umgezogen, was ich der Firma auch mitgeteilt habe und habe von der Firma auch ein Emailbestätigung bekommen, dass die Uhren an meine neue Adresse versendet werden. Nach erneut wochenlangem Warten bekam ich die Nachricht, dass meine Uhren ausgeliefert sein sollen, natürlich an meine alte Adresse. Ich habe Sie dann damit konfrontiert (auch mit deren Bestätigung) war denen egal. Die Uhren sind inzwischen unauffindbar und ich habe diesen Betrügern 400,00€ überwiesen die mir nicht erstattet werden.
Absoluter Betrug!!!

Purchased a watch it was defective
Had to fight to get the returned postage fees refunded to be sent a replacement for this to be faulty. Refused to pay returned postage fees. Sent the second one back at my expense and had to chase for refund for them to then refund me minus the original returned postage fees totalling £33 (Europe)
Absolute theives who sell crappy merchanidise
The whole experience has been an embarrassment from start to finish and I don’t know how they are still in business
Avoid at all costs

Het uurwerk is in goede staat toegekomen en zeer mooi met goede kwaliteit. De leveringstijd duurde wel behoorlijk lang, bijna 2 maand. Dit zou op de website moeten aangegeven worden zodat mensen weten wanneer het geleverd kan worden. Je kan wel terecht op de site met al je vragen en ze antwoorden snel.

Kapot horloge binnen gekregen na een levering die 15 dagen duurde, daarna contact proberen op te zoeken via het insta account, helaas werd ik toen geblokkeerd en zit ik nu met een kapot horloge van 200euro, ik ga en moet meerdere stappen ondernemen,

Worst experience ever.

The watch arrived very late and lacking a screw. They sent a new bracelet but also the watches movement extremely bad, it doesn't even hold through when I wear it, or just take it off for a night. They don't even accepted to take it bad. My money just went down the drain.

Nicht kaufen!!!!! Bestellte Ware ist der letzte China Schrott! Nach 2 Wochen Armband Defekt. Antworten nicht auf Mails! Ware benötigt Wochen bis sie aus China endlich ankommt. Billigste Schrott. Trägt man die Ihr einen Tag nicht, bleibt die Uhrzeit stehen und man muss immer wieder nach justieren. FINGER WEG!!!!

Where do i even begin here, I ordered two watches one santos one daytona with express shipping.
After a couple of days waiting, no shipping email was received so I sent him a dm on instagram an got a prompt response that he has high demand and can’t meet the given times on his website so I asked for a refund of express shipping which I received. Time passes by and I still don’t got any shipping update after 10 days, no tracking Id no nothing… I contact him again and he tells me that the parcel has been dispatched and the order status on his website changed finally but still no tracking ID to checkmyself. But after a good 3 weeks I received a parcel, seems like straight from china (I can only assume he just drop shipps the watches instead of building them himself), with only ONE of the two ordered watches. The daytona was missing, wow what a disappointment and not bad enough the santos was broken and wasn’t in a usable condition. So i contacted him again on instagram, no response, contacted him through the service center on his website, no responses, email, what a surprise no response… what a unpleasant experience. Please buy your seiko mods somewhere else, this is just a poorly made shopify store with very bad customer service and a unpleasant experience. This store makes $60-120k a MONTH by selling these poorly made watches, please DONT buy. Save your time and money!

Ik heb een horloge bij jbmodwatches gekocht. Er was via instagram berichten snel reactie als ik vragen had. Ik heb via express delivery besteld en het was binnen 4 werkdagen binnen.
Horloge zat in een mooi doosje verpakt.
Ik ben dus super tevreden en zal als ik er nog een nodig heb snel hier weer bestellen!!

Recieved my watch a couple days ago and what a beauty matching quality watch the automatic movement is really on point and its luxurious feel great quality for a decent price!

Great watches but a pretty long waiting time. Paid extra for a faster shipping but didn't work. The watch is great and the customer service is also great!

Ich war am Anfang sehr skeptisch, es hat aber alles funktioniert. Die Uhr sieht toll aus.

Mein einziges Problem war, dass ich von einer Uhr aus den NL ausgegangen bin, Versand ist aber weltweit.

Ist aber definitiv kein Betrug.
