Ordered a travel kettle late afternoon…
Ordered a travel kettle late afternoon and it was delivered , free, the next day by one of the staff on her way home . Price was the same as a national chain who said it was available in-store 21 miles away but couldn't be ordered on line.
We have used Postles before for big appliances such as TV and freezers. Staff always provide good clear advice about the products and the service is excellent .
It pays to shop local in so many ways !

We received fantastic service from JB Postle in North Walsham.
We received fantastic service from every member of staff we encountered. They offered advice, sent a Gas Fitter to do a site visit and ordered and coordinated the delivery, fitting and disposal of a range oven. They were also very competitive on price. I will definitely use this company again for any white good purchases. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Postle's had the machine I wanted and delivered it promptly when they said they would. There was a small hiccup initially when I didn't get contacted about delivery, but when I called everything was put right at once.

Very easy to order, received a phone call the next day to arrange delivery. Two pleasant efficient and helpful people brought the washing machine fitted and tested it. And the washing machine works perfectly.

Keeping it local
I purchased a washing machine from Postle last week, needed urgently for my business. They went over and above to ensure I had my delivery in time. The staff are always helpful and polite, if they don't have it, they can source it if it is available. The fitting service was swift, efficient and very carefully executed to ensure there was no damage to the floor. Hassle free and competitive pricing.

Brilliant service

Purchase of integrated fridge freezer
I needed to purchase a fridge freezer,cotacted Postles in Cromer, where I received great service. Within 3 days I"d had measurements taken, quotes given inc fitting & disposal of old & fitted. Efficent, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be my first stop for all electricals.

Ordered item,but found website confusing and ended up, unknowingly, ordering for 'collect' rather than delivery.
They rang up to query this, as I lived miles away, and very happily refunded my money.

I ordered a tumble dryer online. I used Postles as it's a local company and the appliance was good value. Delivery was arranged over the phone for a time that suited me. Ordered Friday evening and delivered Tuesday morning. The delivery guys were great. Great service. Highly recommended.

Ordered online easily, a longer delivery and installation wait time than I wanted but fitted by 2 polite men who left the area spotless and took all rubbish away with them.
