Cyrus was great throughout the process- this was the first time I’ve used non main dealer finance on a car and I would certainly use JBR again.
I already love my new Lamborghini Performante to bits, it’s such a good example which I’ll treasure.

Tried to buy a Tesla with Blackhorse, failed to finance because I didn't tick the guarantor box, couldn't work out how to restart it so called JBR with a week and a day before delivery was due. They were exceptional took details got the underwriters confirmed within a business day, Tony Moore even drove for over an hour to get the ID confirmed face to face and documents signed to make this work. Then all up against the clock to get the cash transferred and evidence in Tesla's hands completed in the nick of time. Very much appreciated, above and beyond, will use again in the future, particularly when compared to some of these policy factories.

I refinanced my car with JBR Capital. Furkan who hailed my account was proactive and professional in serving me, and exceeded my expectations with a turnaround time of one week in respect of my refinancing application.

Couldn’t rate Kate any higher found the 458 I wanted and had all sorted within 48 hours. Have owned multiple super cars and this has been by far the easiest experience and will certainly be using again instead of any others. Thanks again KJ

Asked for help in deferring my monthly payments so I could hire a car whilst I sorted out a major issue of a seized engine in the car I purchased 18 months ago car cost £30,000 fully serviced and maintained in the process now I am looking into having to reject the car under 2015 consumer rights act hopefully get a full refund and get out of the finance agreement JBR capital could of avoided this action whilst I deal with the retailer who sold the car.
DONT UNDERSTAND NO POINT IN CONTACTING YOUR COMPLAINTS DEPT. You have refused to help me why on earth put a response to my complaint ??? To show you what ?? Your now able to help me ???

Avoid this company. Agreed a pcp 3 year lease deal only to find out that it was a hire purchase UNREGULATED!!!!!! Why would anyone in there right mind if informed would agree to this. This definitely was not agreed and legal advice has been taken.

Spoken to JBR capital where i was fobbed off. Also made me sign a declaration relating to BUSINESS use which i didnt know about in the slightest, however this car is purley used for PERSONAL use. Which they are aware of. No relation to my business in any way and was not notified just be careful with these crooks.

Seems to be a very constant pattern with complaints and the same stupid reply where they say dont hesitate to contact JBR capital bla bla bla!!!

Fantastic service and support from Tony and the team at JBR earlier in the year. 3rd agreement and all have been simple, easy and flexible to my requirements.

THE WOSRT EXPERIENCE EVER

I first contacted JBR CAPITAL because I was a victim of fraud as someone had stolen my personal information/passwords and applied for finance.

This first came to my attention as I check over my Experian, equifax and cifas report every 3-6months.

I noticed that JBR CAPITAL had filed a marker against my name around June/July20, as fraudulent bank Statements where provided by the person who filed the finance application.

The application came threw a broker called ANGLO SCOTTISH who sent JBR all the documentation for the finance application.

I had filed a lost property enquiry with the police around February/March20 as I thought my phone was lost/misplaced and was hoping it was maybe handed in.

I never heard anything back and never thought anything of it until later, when I got my Cifas report back and seen the marker.

After further thinking it became clear to me that, my phone was taken/found by someone and that they had tried to apply for finance in my name.

I contacted the Police and Action Fraud and explained what had happened with regards to this situation.

I sent over JBR,CIFAS & ANGLO SCOTTISH a detailed email showing all the evidence from the first lost property report, the police crime reference and the action fraud case reference numbers all linked to this incident.

CIFAS replied that I would have to take it up with JBR CAPITAL

ANGLO SCOTTISH replied that after reviewing all the documentation that they would mark the application as fraudulent, and identity theft.

JBR CAPITAL replied that they believe that the information they hold is correct even after sending them more supporting evidence that ANGLO SCOTTISH (the broker that sent them the application) has marked it down as fraudulent.

It took me one month of persistent calls just just get threw to JBR CAPITAL Complaints team, and the only reason I was able to, was because I told the advisor that I was not getting off the phone until someone from that department answered.

I spoke to a lady called Diane and she said she would look into it and give me a call before the week end. I still haven’t heard nothing back from this.

While all this was going on, I’ve had two bank account closed down (my business & personal). They sent me a letter stating after doing there checks they would no longer want me as a customer because of the marker on my cifas report. I tried to fight my corner with all the information I have to hand but they responded “If Cifas remove the marker that they would reconsider”

This is a bank I have been with the past 12 years and they removed all my facilities because of this marker.

This has had a massive effect on my mental and physical health, not to mention all the stress with what’s going on in the world right now.

I would have thought that being a victim of identity theft that I was protected by laws that would prevent these things happening. But I guess not.

I have provided every piece of information possible, and still I am being penalised for something that I have no control over.

I hope a senior in JBR CAPITAL acknowledges this and is able to resolve this issue as soon as possible

They will most likely reply to this and say “we are looking into this and to contact one of the members in JBR”, but I will keep everyone updated as to when and if they resolve this issue.

Second time I've used JBR and even through these trying times found them extremely helpful.The lady i dealt with (Kate) was professional,knowledgable and went through the finance options available in detail.
Very easy company to deal with,who actually listen to what you want.

STAY WELL AWAY I took an agreement out in 2016 specifically asked for a balloon payment to give me the option to Give the vehicle back at the end of agreement,was told last month this was not possible as I’d been sold an(UNREGULATED)agreement,this is deliberate miss selling.when you try to front this behaviour you’ll be told you should read the small print and they comply to all regulations.That sums up the sort of company you’ll be dealing with(THINK TWICE) never left a review before that’s how defrauded I feel ,having now left this review I’ve know doubt I’ll get the standard reply that they’d like more information (it’s all in the emails I’ve been sending) STEER WELL CLEAR mr c pemberton

I always found JBR the consummate professionals. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, and experts in their fields. They never make you feel that anything you ask is too much. Much appreciated and I'll not hesitate to use JBR Capital again in future.

This is the first time I have used JBR capital. The whole process was easy. Cyrus pulled out all the stops great service.

Really impressed with the service I received from Nadim. I've funded two cars with JBR, my Lamborghini Huracan and 911 GT3 RS. Nadim was always available when I needed him and nothing was too much trouble. I told him I wanted my Porsche in time for the weekend and he pulled out all the stops to make it happen. Approval process and documents were really straight forward, I much prefer dealing directly with a lender rather than a broker.

These people are crooks and there is no two ways of saying that. The products that they sell, branded as unregulated agreements are broad day light robbery. The reason they are able to offer high balloons is because it costs an eye-watering sum to come out of the agreement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LENDER !!! they are not above board and their agreements will bite you and bite you hard!!! I've had to find out the hard way!!! they can only protect themselves behind non regulated finance because their entire contract defies UK Government and financial regulations!!!!! READ THE SMALL PRINT and you will see just how crooked they are !!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Dealt with Cyrus service was fantastic everything ran smoothly and they communicated constantly with dealer and left me with very little to do which was great. Major positive was the use of WhatsApp for chats with Cyrus which was really hand and the technology they use all makes the experience very easy and pleasant compared to other finance providers. JBR will be my go to provider and will recommend to friends also.

No trouble no problems great company to deal with , feel looked after when you call them with the smallest questions.
