Ordered two drill bits only one arrived.
Ordered two drill bits. Only one was delivered. Contacted JCB Sales by email. Poor initial response that needed to wait for warehouse response, then heard nothing for quite a while. Another email follow up, requesting cancellation of whole order and a refund. Finally an email stating 2nd drill bit was shipped and eventually delivered a few days later.

Unusable
The jigsaw had the wrong connection and I could only use it by taking the plug from my food processor
The blade angle could not be set at ninety degrees making it impossible to cut square edges
The angle of rake of the blade was such that the extreme end of the blade was always the first point of contact with the workpiece, making the jigsaw unusable
However, the seller arranged collection and a full refund, so one star!

Online ordering was easy and simple
Online ordering was easy and simple. Delivery was quick. However as JCB is a British Company, I thought I had purchased a British made bottle jack and was very dissapointed to see its Chinese made. I have not used it as yet, but my previous experience of Chinese Quality is Poor !

Vacuum Cleaner
I bought a vacuum cleaner and when it came it had no battery or charger. I then had to purchase the battery and charger. What use is a vac without the battery. You should make it known that the battery and charger are a separate purchase.

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit. We have lots of trees and it's a constant struggle to get rid of the cuttings, especially in the hot weather where it can't be burnt. Easily handles quite large branches with ease. The engine bogs down a bit with long large branches but never had it stall. All in all excellent quality and a great purchase.Also the delivery was great. Watch the JCB YouTube video on assembly if you don't have help.

The two most recent batteries I bought…
The two most recent batteries I bought for my JCB tools have failed miserably after only light use for less than 12 months. OK it's down to me to get this sorted out under warrenty, but it's going to be a time consuming hassle, and to me there's a failure of quality control somewhere in JCB Tools
Update, to be fair JCB customer care contacted me promptly to deal with and resolve the matter so on that basis I'd rate theoir after sales service first class
