Best coloured shampoo ever for the price, helps my hair from going orange. Also keep them hydrated 👌

I love the styling cream for my curly hair! My hairdresser used it first and I thought I would give it a go, not always easy outwith a salon. However I'm very pleased with the results and my curls seem more defined.

Product wasn’t what I expected
Product wasn’t what I expected
The cleansing shampoo doesn’t help with dandruff like it says and really dries your hair out, the conditioner has mask wrote on the bottle so not sure if it’s right & really doesn’t condition your hair

JCC HAIR からの回答
Hi Charlotte,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear about your experience with the products you purchased - your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we genuinely appreciate your honesty in sharing your experience.
Regarding the issues you've encountered with the cleansing shampoo, I sorry to hear that the product didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. Additionally, I apologize for any confusion caused by the labelling of the conditioner. Rest assured, the term "mask" on the bottle is a reference to its deep conditioning properties rather than an indication of its incorrect use. I understand how this could lead to confusion, and I will take steps to correct our description to fully match that of the product to avoid this issue in future.
Please know that we are available to assist you further with any product-related issues or concerns you may have, and I thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the chance to serve you better in the future.
Warm regards,
Justin @ JCC Hair

Frizz control
I was recommended this product by my hairdresser as my hair is fine and when blow drying it sometimes looks a bit frizzy, when I step out into damp windy weather my hair looks very unruly. I’ve used the product twice since purchasing, the weather is wet & windy and the product is working a treat - couldn’t be happier.
