I'm still looking for a package that was delivered to someone but it wasn't delivered to my house. I had to reorder the product. How about delivering it to my house this time. If you can read English. If not let FedEx deliver it.

I ordered an item from Amazon mid June. Its now mid August. I've tracked it and its finally in my town. Its been here around a week, still no delivery. Is it? Who do I believe. This company is absolutely horrible a d no one should use them. Amazon needs to refuse to work with any vendor that uses them. It seriously makes Amazon look bad when they haven't done anything wrong. Pitiful.

I ordered a watch and the company in china gave me a tracking number that I kept tracking all the way to the US. Then they said it was delivered but it wasn’t delivered. After talking to US Fraudulent department JCEX sells a block of fake tracking numbers to a company and they give the same tracking number to everyone. And I finally got ahold of the company and they asked for all kinds of information and said they were investigating where my package is. I told them I can prove that they never delivered the package because I have recordings for the day before and the day of and the day after they said they delivered. They just keep saying they are investigating it just be patient. Well I am going to file a lawsuit against them for everything. May not get anything out of them but it will get put into public record and show up under the company name. They are just a bunch of scammers and a dishonest company. Stay away from them because they are lowlife people.

Scammers!!!! I bought a gazebo through Walmart on June 3, 2026 which was suppose to be delivered 2 weeks later. I called Walmart and they told me it should be delivered on July 1st, so I waited because it said it was being delayed. Finally on July 15st (1 and a half months later) upon tracking it said it was delivered which it was not!! I once again called Walmart and they said to call a company called JCEX and gave me the tracking number. I looked it up on line and it said it was left in my mailbox. Really????!!!! A gazebo!!? This is complete fraud and a scam. I reported it to Walmart's fraud department and I did get a refund.
The point is this needs to be investigated.

I've had my order "Out for Delivery" since June 21 almost a month ago. Have never received it.

Never received item. Jcex says it was delivered. I have been home all week, No item Was Delivered.

Much like everyone else, I ordered a product (laptop) off Amazon, got a "shipped via JCEX" notice, and was now told on two websites (Amazon and 17Track) that it was delivered; of course, nothing arrived. I don't know if it's the 3rd Party Vendor on Amazon, JCEX or both, but from everything I've read, scammers use this scam "shipping" company. Would give -5 stars if I could!

Today is the 4th day of "out for delivery" and "arriving today". I received multiple packages from Amazon and USPS in the past 4 days, so NO EXCUSE of "I couldn't get to your building" BS.

Still have not received my package and tracking is horrible it goes from being in customs processing one day to in transit back to in cushions again a few days later I just want my money back and can not get an answer from no one that was the only money I had to get my grandson a pool for his birthday and now I have nothing to give him

SCAM WARNING. The item will not arrive. Two methods used. Either a fake tracking number is used or an empty envelope is sent to an address within your postcode/zip code addressed to "Anon". That way it shows on tracking as delivered. There will be no proof of delivery. JCEX will not help or provide evidence to your retailer (eBay, Amazon, Walmart). They will just tell them "it was delivered", stopping you getting a refund.

If you track the order you will see there is no weight shown and you cannot see the address where delivered to or a photo.

If you try emailing JCEX using cs at jcex.com.cn they will not read your email. No Delivered Receipts or Read Receipts.

The whole thing is an enormous scam. JCEX, based in China, are either a part of the scam or are vulnerable to it. They know about it and are doing nothing because they are making money from fake deliveries.

If you see JCEX tracking - Immediately report and ask your card company to chargeback. These are scams. They use even ebay to play the game. I'm a victim of £1500 fraud, but I was lucky enough to get the refund because I paid through Paypal. I have reported to Paypal asap I saw this tracking number. It took more than a month for them to issue the refund. But they did.

Do not trust this shipping company. Cancel your order as soon as you find out that they are the shipping company. They are a scam!. I waited for my package and the delivery date kept getting pushed out. I paid for expedited shipping and my package was moved around Hawaii for a week. I live in NY. Then a month later i see that it said it is signed and delivered. No idea where they delivered it to but it wasn't here. I contacted customer support asking for proof of delivery and they wont even respond. JCex is horrible and should not even be in business!

Scam do not trust .i purchased some items from eBay got jcex tracking I same day tried to cancel but eBay said wait till you get update from seller if they don’t we will step in and open case .Got my money back but man they need to track down sellers shipping with jcex

Zero star. SCAMMERS. Said delivered never got product and was from Amazon.

Company enabled scammers, they provide fake tracking details for scam ebay sellers.

Zero stars. 56 days in transit, been out for delivery for 5 days. Probably won’t arrive. Contacted Jcex was told to contact seller no help at all. Scammers
