JD Drainage solutions  レビュー

We cannot recommend JD Drainage Solutions Ltd highly enough. Jack, in particular, and Brandon have been exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional on two separate property matters.

From our very first conversations, they took considerable time to understand the issues, explain the available options clearly and provide genuinely helpful, unbiased advice — even before we had appointed them and, on occasion, well outside normal working hours.

When an unforeseen problem arose on site, they contacted us immediately, explained the issue and the solution, and were still able to complete the work and survey without the need for a return visit. Their pricing was very reasonable and they clearly explained the different service levels, associated costs and which option was most appropriate for us.

The detailed survey report was also provided within 24 hours.

Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble. A thoroughly professional, courteous and knowledgeable team whom we would happily recommend to anyone needing drainage surveys, repairs, maintenance or installation.

Excellent service, very quick response. Brandon had everything sorted and repaired really quickly.
Would definitely use this firm again.

Help given over the phone for free during my initial enquiry, which was on behalf of a frail elderly friend who didn’t know which way to turn with her flooded garden. JD talked me through the steps to take to identify the problem first before resorting to a drainage company- which was very honest and decent. Obviously has alot of knowledge too.

I contacted JD Drainage Bournemouth this morning on behalf of some elderly friends because a manhole on their property was overflowing. From the first phone call, the communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and I was given a detailed breakdown of the potential costs before the callout, which really put my mind at ease.

Jack arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and got the job done efficiently. He left the area clean and was very kind and reassuring to the elderly couple, making sure they understood all the costs and work involved before starting.

Based on this experience and the cost, I’d definitely use JD Drainage Bournemouth again if the need ever arose.

Thank you for such a prompt, honest, and professional service!

Made up with the service I received today! Manhole on my drive was full to brim toilets in my house almost overflowing! Jack was brilliant, responsive efficient and not as expensive as the last company I used! Highly recommend

Good communication from arrangements with Kirsty at the office to Jake on site explaining the survey and work require. Genuine and promt service. Certainly use again

Very responsive to an immediate problem, good communication describing the problem and solutions

Had a major problem with a completely blocked kitchen drain and partially blocked main drain. Jack and Barry came when other companies couldn’t come for several days . They were courteous and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also thoroughly cleaned up after job was finished. Would highly recommend.

I have to say that the day I contracted James Price in Craven Arms, was one of the best decisions I have ever made. We had to replace our very old septic tank with a new Sewage Treatment Plant and it promised to be a horrendously complex and expensive scheme. However, James absolutely simplified the whole process. He explained everything so that we knew what to expect and his knowledge, coupled with the trust and confidence of everyone he deals with (and it’s an extensive number of people), to get this work done, made it pretty painless. Finally, the price James quoted, was the price we paid, absolutely, and it was not the most straightforward of jobs either. I can truly recommend James, without reservation.

Outstanding services will definitely use and recommend again

I can’t thank J Snow Drainage Solutions enough. From producing a very detailed survey of all the drains on our house to returning to carrying out a range of repairs, the team were excellent throughout. Communications were very good, the team were friendly, professional, hardworking, tidy and highly effective in resolving a problem that other companies had even failed to identify. Work was completed to the agreed schedule. I was kept up to date with progress and able to see the CCTV survey of the work completed. The pricing was very reasonable. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic service from the team! Efficient, friendly and reliable.

Fantastic service. Jack arrived on time and was professional in dealing with the blocked drains. He cleared the initial blockage quite quickly, then gave the drains a good clean as they had not been up in years. His drain camera showed a slipped pipe that caused the block and gave me a price to fix it with a discount. Thanks again

Thankfully JD Drainage was at hand to clear my blocked manhole. Came out quickly and got the job done, even on a Sunday! Brilliant service couldn’t ask for better
