jade is very helpful around the gym she is always there when ever you need to ask questions and she will always answer your questions in a lot of detail.

Such a great gym, equipment is user friendly and the ambience of the gym is conducive to getting a solid workout experience. PT support from Elise is second to none. She is so motivational and encouraging. I highly recommend both JD Gyms & Elise. 5 star rating⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Great facilities, everytime I go no matter what time of the day there are always equipment available to use, music is on in the background but not to loud, personal trainers friendly and approachable

I have recently returned from North American. We had temporary passes to a gym in Milwaukee . Cleanlinesses was a priority and cleaning wipes were dispensed in multiple locations.
Members who left a machine uncleaned had their membership terminated!
I returned from America to find all cleaning stations at JD gyms have been terminated.
Where members consulted?
I do not want to touch other peoples sweat and germs !
I approached the assistant managed who informed me members are expected to bring a towel and they clean the machines once a day !
That is totally unacceptable.
I have spoke to any members who feel the same way .

Okay, bluntly as I have to rush to work...
Firstly Il start off with Kayle he is THE MAN, so efficient, so brilliant, giving tips, even if you're a solo gym goer like myself, Really lovely lad, Hollie as well absolute grafter, always busy, massive smile. There's a chap (I dont know by name but wears glasses) who did a charity marathon walk at the entrance a few weeks ago, who is absolutely delightful, I HATE that there's one of their team members has earned a two star review (those guys and the gym is a 5* venue I cant fault them) But unfortunately I would hinder a guess, that you are all a team. And as phenomenal as the sauna is, the membership price and most of the staff. you've been let down, I don't know her name, or her position, I would wager management. Asian girl, black hair and glass's with a horrendous attitude, shrewd, no "good morning", no "how are you", No introduction, lacks a smile, it's beyond me. She will ask questions, with no rappor and won't give a chance to answer. frankly put. Quite ugly to wake up too and have as a welcoming. (I gym around 8am before work)

I know the behaviour only too well. and i'm sure that friendly customer service has died with technology.

People that go to a gym will all understand bad moods, and off days, but may I make a suggestion, if you're, having an off morning, or a disgruntled day, perhaps announce it from the get go, Like
"Hello, Im so and so, please forgive me i'm having such a hectic morning today" and then ask your questions? blah blah blah.

Or perhaps there's a minor inconvenience for you at your work place, from a certain individual, perhaps approach them with a smile, and a "Good morning..."

Im unfamiliar with who you are, neither is it any of my business to establish a friendly relationship. i've seen all i've needed to see.

In case you are wandering, I am the male with the dreadlocks, who know perfectly well who I am. I honestly hope you read this. And I hope you come and have a chat with me, the next time I'm in.

I rarely complain unless necessary, so to have me, on my computer, writing this, before work on Sunday. It's may I say, the third time you've caused a mere spanner in my works. And id like you to address it.

Great gym with all the equipment you need, moved from PureGym and haven’t looked back. PTs are all friendly, approachable and always happy to assist - highly recommend!

Gave 4 stars originally now 2....never any toilet roll the place is dirty and always too busy I can't stick to any plan

Quality gym with a great atmosphere, Its always tidy and the staff are great. Highly recommend.
