Recently joined this gym , having trained for a number of years in CrossFit gyms , I was looking to take my coaching to the next level , I have started training with Carl Cresswell , performance coach at this gym and am going from strength to strength. Jag and his team keep the gym immaculate and I have got my mojo back !
