We understand how frustrating it can be when gym etiquette impacts your workout, especially when equipment is being used for long periods. Creating a respectful and fair environment for all members is really important to us.

We’d always encourage you to speak to a member of staff on the gym floor when this happens, as they’ll be happy to step in and help ensure equipment is being used considerately.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the condition of some of the equipment at our gym and that it hasn’t met your expectations. Our teams do carry out regular maintenance checks and work with our suppliers to repair and replace equipment as quickly and safely as possible.
Regarding cancellation, our memberships are non‑contract but operate on a monthly billing cycle. We thank you for sharing your feedback.
