The gym is open 24 hours , well staffed and always clean. Weights are reracked regularly by the employees. However, does get busy during peak periods.

What made my expierence great in the gym is the staff and the people that go to the gym to help you on anything you are stuck with and everyone is so supportive. Also the equipment is fantastic and I love how there is so many machines e.g. treadmills and stairmasters.
