The first time I used them, no problems whatsoever. Every other time I've tried to make a payment by card, I get the message "The payment was rejected by the payment system", with no further elaboration. I know the issue isn't with my card or the details I've input.

The only other payment option is by sending them an international bank transfer, which I did and then seemingly lost €20. When I sent them an email about this, I received no reply.

So basically, poor payment systems and poor communication. Look for another adult DVD supplier.

EDIT: I eventually got through to them and once I did, their customer service was actually okay, offering an alternative form of payment and offering an apology. Rather than emailing them, you have to click on the Help / Support button on the bottom right of the webpage and fill out the form that pops up.

Very good website, with a swift and efficient service. And reasonable prices, I highly recommend Jeedoo all good!!! 🦡🐾

No problems. 1st order for genuine studio sealed item that was unavailable from other sites and shipped very quickly with express courier. Honestly can't fault them and will use again 👌
