I signed up for Jenova AI to manage my family and medical logistics, but the experience was a total service failure.
Predatory Billing: I was double-charged ($20 and $50) on day one with no proration.
Massive Usage Inefficiency: A single task (syncing school calendars) burned 50% of my monthly tokens because the backend triggered dozens of separate API calls instead of one batch.
Accuracy & Quality Issues: The AI hallucinated 7 incorrect dates and failed to follow simple formatting/color-coding instructions, making the output unusable.
"Idle" Data Drains: My token allowance continued to drop significantly even while the system was idle in "read-only" mode.
Zero Customer Support: I sent 5+ emails over a week with no response. They also deleted my Reddit post seeking help.

After trying their lead-generation service for a few days, and well within my first thirty days of subscription, I emailed the company and asked that they cancel the subscription and confirm the cancellation. No response. So, a few days later, I sent a second email asking that they cancel the subscription and confirm the cancellation. No response. So, I tried the same a third time. Still, after three emails, no response!! So, last month, they tried to charge my credit card account for another month's fee. My credit card company charged-back the charge. Well, today, they tried to charge the account again! I am in the process of having this most recent charge reversed from my credit card account. Last month, I posted a negative review about the firm to which they publicly responded that I should email the firm using the same email address that they have ignored communications three times in the past. Stay away from this company! Their lead-generation service is poor, their customer service is non-existent, and everything they have done so far smacks of them being scammers.
