Full of sound advice and knowledge, great recommendations to work with us - painters, gardening, carpets, advertising, stylist all of whom made our place beautifully presented for selling at reasonable cost; excellent communication every step of the way, with a sense of humour and fun and with the most amazing outcome of a price over $200,000 over reserve- we are over the moon and could not recommend them more highly to sell your home.

Exceptional service and outcome!
The service from David Macmillan was exceptional. David maintained a relationship for a few years, during which time we have tried to sell with another agency. It was a follow up call from David that lead to the instant selling of our home, via off market campaign. We decided it was the right time now and David made it so easy to laucnh, reach out to his existing pool of active buyers and engage fellow agents to connect with their contacts.
Within 2 weeks of opens we had offers. David kept us informed every couple of days of progress and coached us through an expression of interest office auction which saw us receive a very positive outcome.
We can't thank David enough for his professionalism, hard work ethic and communication skills. A special thanks to Chris for supporting the campaign and running the successful auction.
We will definitely recommend JC as an agency and David and Chris as agents to others!

My wife and I could not be happier with the service provided by David Macmillan and he’s partner Chris. David is the real deal! First and foremost, he achieved a great result for us. He did so by executing a clear and calculated sales strategy. David’s stakeholder management is exemplary- he told us what we needed to know and when, relieving us of stress and anxiety typically associated with selling your home; and he involved us in the decision making process.
We were also happy with how the broader Jellis team and other agents worked together to help make a sale. Very happy with David and Chris and have already recommended them to our neighbours.
