I am very disappointed with this company. My father has dementia and I ordered a sample box (£3.95) postage but had heard good things. Little did I know they automatically sign you up for a subscription. They sent me a box costing £40. I had to send it back paying for postage at £12 which I didn’t get back and also the postage I paid for the box was not refunded. I have in total given them £18 for nothing.
Terrible company - product is ok but so expensive. Am very disappointed. Will not deal with them ever again, and I have shared my negative experience with the staff and residents in my father’s care home.

I bought Jellydrops as my mum has dementia and forgets to drink enough fluids, so I saw these jellies and as they are 95% water they were a great aid, especially as she also loves sweets! They've been a godsend and I order the trays once a month so I know she's getting a regular amount of fluid into her to top up the rest of her daily amounts. A bit pricey, but worth it.

I was really happy with the service I got from jelly drops… there such an amazing and friendly team.. I emailed them and they got straight back to me..they changed my order over without any problem… would recommend them to you if one of your family are struggling with keeping hydrated 😄

Excellent customer service and product. Neatly packaged and attractive to the eye. Different colours make it attractive. Encourages my mum to have more fluids

My nan is 93 and forgets to drink, these have been a boon. She loves these and eats them all. They have made all the difference

Great idea I am diabetic and have to be nagged to drink plenty so really good .

Absolutely amazing product. Found these for my 96 year old nan, she has memory problems and struggles to remember to drink….however she is a sweetie demon. She loves Jelly Drops, thinks they’re sweets which makes her happy and she’s getting support with her hydration which makes me happy.

So good to be able to get more fluids into him and he enjoys them .he has cerebal palsy and is a wheelchair user , has bowel problems due to inactivity so this product really helps him gain more fluids to help his digestion

Jelly Drops has been a great discovery. Ideal for dementia patients. Despite my mother's slow uptake, she now takes them regularly. Customer service is the best. We have had to delay deliveries until Mum began to eat them regularly. Never any problems. The staff are kind, efficient and extremely helpful.

These products have been a life saver . My mother has advanced dementia . We would worry about her not taking enough fluids as she was unpredictable with her drinking . Jelly drops have eased our concerns . She has a small pot a day !

I have ordered these a few times now for my elderly mum. She has early onset dementia , cancer and is diabetic. Her appetite has decreased . These drops are perfect for her as they are ideal for diabetics and give her the hydration she needs in a handy jelly drop.

I bought these to help my mum hydrate especially during the hot months of the year. Water wasn't cutting it. This helps her as she loves fruit and is more accessible and approachable than just drinking tap water. Have stocked up on these as I know how quickly they run out when it gets hot.

Excellent service, easy to alter dates if you need to.
The new smaller ones are much easier for my 96yr old mother to eat.

I have been buying these for my 93 year old mother for a while after a recommendation from her carer. She really likes the flavours and it is a great way to increase her fluid intake during hot weather. Highly recommended (family members also sneak some on occasion as they are so lovely)

Free sample arrived quickly. My mum has alzheimers and thought these would be a good idea as she likes jelly sweets. She only tried two flavours as she didn't like them. She thought the flavours were weak. I also tried them and agree with her. I also didn't like the after taste of the sucralose. Won't be buying again.

These really are an excellent source of hydration for the elderly. Prior to finding Jellydrops my mum wouldn’t drink enough water, she was constantly getting UTI’s, becoming confused, falling and ending up in hospital for months. Since taking these she is so much better, hasn’t had a UTI and managing to stay out of hospital. These really are an investment for the elderly - can’t recommend then enough. Recently ordered some Jelly drops for my 90 year old mother who isn’t drinking enough. Took her a little while to get used to them but now she really enjoys them.
The original sweets were rather large so these newer smaller ones have been a big hit, easier for her to get hold of. She is certainly eating more now they’re smaller.
Pleased we tried them, the price is a little steep with the postage added so we have a delivery once a fortnight.
Thank you they do help with her hydration without her really noticing.

Buyer beware. It takes a very long time to get your order. Don’t count on receiving your order for a few months. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

I have set up a subscribtion for these jelly drops for my mother in law who was finding it difficult to get enough hydration into her day and this was affecting her health quite considerably. She now has a daily pot of Jelly Drops throughout the day, which she is thoroughly enjoying and we are reassured that she is now hydrated and feeling much better.
