All in all a very pleasant shopping experience

Good selection of products, including the brand and flavour I prefer. In addition a swift service, follow up and a nice reward system. No problems with the delivery and although shipping costs were a bit steep, still cheaper than ordering same product domestically. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience.

Thanks a lot for your review. I'm happy to hear that you are satisfied with our assortment and service.

When it comes to the shipping cost, we're working on enabling an alternative shipping provider to DHL which will slightly decrease the shipping price (30-40 kr less) to Sweden with a cost of 1-2 more delivery days.

Amazing product to fair price

Super great for a fair price. Only reason no 5 star it took very long to arrive almost 4 weeks.. But beside that. Super amazing

I'm sorry to hear that the delivery took such a long time from the order, this is definitely not according to our service promise. I can see that some items were not in stock when you placed your order so the order was placed as a pre-order. While we try to communicate this, it's possible to miss and we definitely take the blame - we'll try to communicate it clearer.
