Beware! This is NOT a "US Based Women's Boutique" as the website states.
I just purchased 3 items from this seller and tried to cancel it 15 minutes after purchase. Only way to reach anyone with this company is via email so I sent the request to cancel, received an automated AI response stating that the item has already been processed for shipping (which wasn't true - the purchase hadn't hit my credit card yet). The items arrive sporadically 2-4 weeks after order date. The blouse is acceptable (something similar to what you'd get from Walmart) but the sandals are of the poorest quality I've ever seen. They look/feel like something you'd purchase from a street vendor in the counterfeit clothing area of
Beijing or Shanghai. The materials are completely manmade and plastic. They arrive bundled in plastic and slightly damaged. It's obvious that the items are from Asia - shipment tracking is spotty and shows signs that items are having to pass through Customs (International) with no actual tracking number or location details at all.
The images on the website are completely AI generated and misleading. Avoid this seller at all costs. It's a complete rip off. Luckily I'm only out a hundred bucks... Not enough to go through the hassle of returning anything and having to pay for return int'l shipping.

My experience with Jess and Anne has been extremely disappointing. The items I received did not match what was advertised, and the quality was far below my expectations. The designs and materials were not as represented in the pictures, leaving me feeling completely misled as a customer.

What made this experience even worse was the way the company handled my return and refund request. Instead of providing a fair and straightforward resolution, I was offered partial refunds of 20% and 30%, which I consider completely unreasonable given the issues with the products.

The shipping and return process have also been frustrating and have made the entire experience feel unfair and misleading. I paid for products based on what was advertised, and what I received did not meet those expectations.

At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the products and the way this situation has been handled. I should not have to spend so much time arguing to receive a fair refund for items that do not match their advertised descriptions.

I strongly encourage other customers to be cautious before purchasing. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. The quality, return process, and customer service have left me with absolutely no confidence in this business.

A company should stand behind what it advertises and treat its customers fairly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Jess and Anne.

I wish there were negative stars for this business. Purchased a necklace and earring set for $60.00. What I received was nothing like shown in the pictures on their website. The quality was shockingly shoddy and shockingly inferior, and it arrived in a cheap plastic packet from some arbitrary address. There is no mention of the store's name "Jess and Anne" or brand packaging as shown on their website. I feel hoodwinked in the worst possible way. This is a total scam. I am still in a shock by this blatant fraudulent experience! I contacted the store. They first proposed a 10% refund. On refusing to accept it, they offered a 20% refund. I rejected that because that is not an acceptable solution for a product that can at best be valued $5.

The item I received did not look like what I ordered, and after three email attempts at explaining this, I finally gave up. They would not issue a refund. The customer service team never took responsibility and said I would have to pay to return the item, even though it was 100% their fault. Would never recommend.

Overpriced, low quality goods. I didn’t realize when I bought on sale that I couldn’t return the goods. Both the blouse and the pants are paper thin material that I wouldn’t wear. I spent $143.88 on goods worth about $20. Their clothing and jewelry look really cute online, but don’t be fooled. I lived in China for 3 1/2 years and I’ve never seen lower quality goods.

I'm awaiting their reply after requesting info about returning a velvet suit jacket, that wasn't the suit jacket advertised in their picture. Different material, different fit etc. It also wasn't cheap!
I'm hoping they will be decent enough to refund me, on realising I'm obviously unhappy with an item of clothing that's completely different from their picture.

What was sent was not what was ordered. Complete rubbish. It was supposed to be cotton denim as advertised but received the worst synthetic fabric I have ever seen. Just landfill. The quality was so bad I couldn't donate it to charity. They would actually make more money if they sold as advertised because of repeat orders.

Poor quality! The pictures do not match the products. They also show a reduction on the price to cover them from refund the items « in sale »

Terrible experience with this merchant. The item I purchased took almost 3 weeks to arrive! The jacket did not fit well, so I contacted their customer support. They informed me that the item was on sale and did not qualify for a refund. Well everything on their site is on “sale”. They told me to keep the item and offered me 10% back! After some back and forth they upped it to 20%. Never again!

The shoes were completely different from the photo, took ages to arrive and they very poor quality. When I tried to get a label to return a misleading item, they didn’t want to pay postage. The return address was in China. I only got 50% of the money and I had to throw the shoes away. Don’t buy from them!

Wish I could give zero stars. I also wish I read about this company prior to purchasing from them. Bad quality, bad customer retention, bad business practice and a complete waste of money.

I ordered a pair of pants. I am normally a size large. The pants I received were not only too big but they were stained and one of the legs was cut shorter than the other. I reached out to them to let them know and request a return. They told me it is their policy not to accept returns for items that are on sale. I explained that its not fair to me to have to be stuck with $70 pants that are stained and poorly made. I asked to exchange for an item of equal value that I know will work for me. I selected some earrings that were the same amount and asked if I could exchange the pants for the earrings so as not to waste $70. I even offered to pay to ship the pants back. They declined and said they would only allow me to exchange the pants for a medium. I told them I didn't want to waste the time as I was pretty certain a medium would be too small. However, it was the only offer they gave me. I accepted. I received the medium size and as expected, they didn't fit. I reached out again to advise them of the issue. Anna then tried to tell me that it is what I requested and and now they can't do anything about it. Even though Anna was the one to corner me into the exchange if I didn't want to my $70 investment.

Don't throw your money away with this company.

I will now use Trustpilot to check out a website. I did look at the SCAM reports and they were not conclusive! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They may say 30 day guaranteed returns but what they don't tell you is that everything is coming through customs...in addition and not until you read one small bullet in the return policy do you learn that any item on sale is considered to be a FINAL SALE/ NO return. It does not say that anywhere in the website merchandise nor does it say FINAL SALE/NO RETURN anywhere when you are checking out ! You only figure that out with the bullet point saying anything on sale is not returnable.
All items I purchased were of poor quality and made poorly with mismatched seams AND incorrect sizes! In a two piece outfit the top is a 4XL and the pants are a size 6. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company, the FCC and the attorney general's office in my state. Hopefully this message can help others.

Like another reviewer, shame on me for not checking the reviews before ordering, which is something I usually do. The earrings I bought are absolutely rubbish and heading for the bin. They cost me over £20, on sale down from £50.

Shame on me for not checking this company out before buying, normally I do. I must have had a brain freeze! I bought a pair of sandals and they are absolute rubbish. Not one once of quality, cheap and nasty. They will be going straight from the delivery guy to the bin. The one star is for the guy who delivered the package. The company get a big fat nothing. I can't be any more direct, DO NOT BUY from the business.

Be aware of this site. They are scammers. I don’t believe any of the information on the website. I purchased a suede jacket from their site and received something that fits in a zip bag—a completely different, brown polyester item. It’s unbelievable. They are scammers, and I will contact my bank for a refund. You will receive no response from them. It took almost three weeks for the package to arrive.

They sent the shoes in a bag not a box. They were completely crushed and unwearable. They were not the color shown. They continue to offer me a % off to keep them. They are garbage and not worth 5 cents. Do not buy anything from these company

I have had the same experience as others, and I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Every item is listed on sale so they cannot be returned. You will only find that warning buried on their shipping policy page. In other words, you will not get an alert when you check out ("final sale - no returns), as you do at other stores. The shoes that I ordered shipped loosely in a bag - NO BOX. They arrived WEEKS after they were supposed to (within 9 days, according to their website) and are terrible quality.

This is a scam of a company. For the price , the dress material is terrible. They sent a wrong size and refuse to accept return. I ordered an XS but sent S then said they only have S. They offered 10% refund then upped to 20%. They trick people with good pictures, said they are a Santa Barbara Boutique. Can’t find them on Google Maps to leave a review either.

I ordered some shoes from here and when they finally got here they were cheap knock offs. Nothing like the picture as far as what materials was used. Supposed to be leather and they were a joke! On top of that, they were the wrong size! I have contacted them and I wanted a full refund! Never dealt with a shop like this and won't ever again
