I saw Jessie for a bit of feel good hypnotherapy. All I can say is wow! I felt amazing after, I managed to lock away some memories that had been bothering me. And I felt like I’d slept for a year!
Jessie was very professional from the moment I walked in. I felt a little bit nervous but she made me feel at ease right away.

I saw Jess for help with my eating habits which were making me miserable and impacting my self confidence and health. I was open to hypnotherapy but my expectations were surpassed by Jess who helped me gain control and make the improvements needed almost effortlessly. Before starting my sessions, I worried I’d feel vulnerable and find the experience daunting but Jess was brilliant at explaining the process, outlining what my issues were and helping shape some goals. By the time we started, I felt very relaxed and safe and felt the benefits almost immediately. I had a really positive experience and would return for support from Jess in the future.
I went to see Jessie as I had a driving test and couldn’t shake the nerves. She was so welcoming and made me feel relaxed. After my session with Jessie I felt a wave of confidence in myself and I had a positive mindset about my driving test. In the end I passed! Thank you Jessie, you were a massive help.
