Great speed limit candle, bought for my nephew's 40th birthday cake. It looked just as I'd hoped it would and arrived earlier than expected. No hesitation in recommending the item and the seller.

Disappointing experience
The balloon arrived 3 days after the requested date and missed the occasion it was sent for. It was also delivered 5 days after being dispatched so had deflated quite a bit by the time it arrived. This was probably Royal Mails fault rather than the seller. I haven't ordered a balloon online before and wouldn't again as it was very disappointing, especially that it arrived late

Hi Amanda, thank you for your review. I'm so sorry that your order arrived late and that the balloon was somewhat deflated. That must have been such a shame for your celebration.
If you choose to use us again then please do remember that if you experience any issues with your order then we would much prefer that you contact us before leaving a review to see what we can do to fix the situation for you.
I hope that you had a lovely celebration.

Wonderful online store
Wonderful online store. One of the items didn't arrive and I had to chase it and request a refund, but when they replied they were pleasant and helpful. The items look great and I can't wait to use them. Shame about one of them being damaged and not packed, but that won't stop me ordering from them again
