Sounds to me like they have people write good reviews to off set their horrible reviews

The service on the plane was very nice but the wheel chair manager made me walk to get my boarding pass at jet blue counter instead of scanning my phone like they have always done while I was waiting another young woman came to complain that the person pushing her wheel chair abandoned her to go with a freind i couldn’t believe this

My withdrawal was approved on February 3, 2026. As of today (February 8), I still have not received the funds to my bank card.

Customer support keeps saying that they are “waiting for a response from the payment system,” but no specific timeframe is provided. I have repeatedly requested:

The exact date and time the payment was sent

The transaction identifier (ARN / RRN)

An official confirmation from the payment provider
This information has not been provided.

It has now been 5 days since approval, which exceeds normal processing times. If the payment was truly sent, there should already be a traceable transaction number.

I am asking the casino to either provide official proof of payment or return the funds to my gaming balance so I can withdraw again.

I am ready to provide screenshots of the approval and all communication with support.
