2Ordered 2 of these 19 days ago and I still have not received my order. Customer Support is supposedly working thi problem. Now I read all of these comments and am concerned that I got taken for $102 USD. How can a website function like this with no accountability?

6 Oct 2026 reply: Will the item be USB rechargeable as you advertise or a butane gas item? I've tried to cancel the order but all of a sudden it's being shipped and cancellation is not possible. Cancel my order please. I will only correspond in this forum from now on. Please cancel my order and refund the $102.76 US dollars.
6th October 2027 update as a 1027 a.m. Refund being processed at this time by my bank. When that clears I'll do a final update in this forum.

8 Oct 2026 Final Update:
Refund complete. Lesson to not shop off ads from any social media learned. This matter is now closed.

Buyer beware - not rechargeable!

Buyer beware! While website advertises the jet igniter is rechargeable via USB, it is not - gas refill only! Got replacement and was still gas refill. The reviews on the website are obviously fake. I have tried to leave reviews on their website to inform buyers but never gets posted.

I received my lighter within a week was


I received my lighter within a week was great but unfortunately I ended up paying 80 dollars Australian for a butane bbq lighter!! Not the butane free rechargeable plasma torch that is advertised!! They need to be banned from illegal trading ASAP!!!!!

I ordered 2 usb powered jet igniters


I ordered 2 usb powered jet igniters and received 2 “jet flame lighter no. k39” that are gas powered. I called the number on the card and am going to return them but I’m very unhappy I waited two weeks for a bait&switch. Avoid like the plague.

I had to use two different URL to determine if this was the lighter I wanted. Also after placing my order, I was swamped with a bunch of ads wanting to sell other products.
