2 montant retirer à l'achat, refus de ma part de payer les frais de douanes de 10€ en plus. Toujours en attente de remboursement... L'entreprise répond mais faut comme bon lui semble.

I would advise anyone thinking of ordering this I strongly advise you not to I ordered this last April and have not received it I’ve have tried several times to get a refund and am still waiting. Next month it will be a year

Complete ripoff.
Does not do anything more than a normal $5 garden nozzle.
Don’t waste you money like I did.
Cost $122 and is useless.
You have been warned.

Yes, I bought this item on the Web site I live in Australia and I paid in US dollars when I received it I could not use it in Australian standards, I just lost my money, please watch out for this company it is a scam company in America.

If I could give this item a ZERO rating I would. It doesn't do anything close to what the video shows. Calling it a piece of junk would be giving it a compliment. And when I called the number provided, the female I spoke to had an attitude and sounded like I was bothering her. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. You're wasting your money!!!

Very CHEAP PRODUCT,TRIED TO GET A FERUND AND THEY CLAIM THAT THEY CAN'T FIND A ORDER NUMBER WHEN I SENT THEM A COPY OF THE ORDER FROM EMAIL !!!!!!

Cheap no good no pressure and you have to pay to ship it back. They add a warranty and you can’t cancel it. A waste of money . They also put a recurring charge on the bill with PayPal. Don’t waste your money . Stick with a regular water hose because it’s not any better.

An absolute scam. Do not buy a ‘Jethose’! I purchased after being bombarded with their ads on You Tube. They advertise it as being a high pressure cleaner. It absolutely is NOT. I compared the pressure with the garden hose nozzle I already have and there was no difference. They also pre-tick the extended warranty box on their website when you are purchasing and don’t actually show you this box unless you click to check. This way they get an extra $16 from you. This practice is not fair trading. I requested a refund within five minutes of purchasing and was told that the package was already on its way and I could return the item if I didn’t like it. I did not believe this and told them so. Their lie was validated when over two weeks later I received an email saying that the Jethose had been posted that day. When the Jethose finally arrived the mailing address of the sender was in China somewhere and was illegible. So there is no way to return it. I would give this company (which goes under different names) a zero if I could.

I ordered a jet nozzle back in April and have not received it I’ve been asking for a refund since June and still haven’t received the refund I would not recommend any one to order off this company.

Videos on it are false. We were trying to clean the dirt off wood flooring. Your regular hose could do the same. Cheaply made. The nut that operates the on off comes loose after a few minutes use.

The product worked initially. However after to few sessions it fell apart because the nozzle section had been glued into the tap section with epoxy resin. This was done because the metal cylinder that forms the nozzle section was too narrow for the screw tread that had been tapped into the the actual tap section. It has been put together from parts that failed the quality control.

This was a complete waste of a lot of money for what it was worth. I bought one in a store for $9.99 that was just as good. Was not what I expected. I thought it was just a nozzle for the end of the hose not the pole and nozzle. Should have sent it back. The pole part was a little thicker so I thought I would give it a try. Not much more pressure than the other one and I paid 52 dollars and some cents for this. Way too much -have seen many of these on Walmart and Amazon sites. They are cheaper and some have more attachments. I bought this after memorial day when an add popped up. Should have known better. It works the same as the one my son bought for $9.99. I kept the box and should have sent it right back. Its already leaking. I don't usually do reviews but thought that was the least I could do and save someone spending their hard earned money. This is not worth 52 dollars and change-that was including tax and insurance for delivery I believe. I did not ask for delivery insurance. Thank you for listening. Also the cheaper one had the same 2 nozzles and they fit the 52 dollar one. They stay on the one for 9.99 better as the other one has a vinyl-type fitting that it screws onto when not in use. It doesn't hold it on well. The 9.99 one has a metal fitting to screw it onto and it stays well.

I ordered this item early May. I have uet to receive it and have asked for a refund multiple times. The support has been awful and I am still out the money with no product to even review. Very frustrating and not happy at all.

Not only is the product useless and not as advertised but I am now being hounded by FedExpress for import duties they claim I have incurred. Nowhere in Jetnozzle advertising was any importation mentioned and I paid the carriage charges they required. Jet nozzle are total SCAMMERS.

I agree with many others and also disappointed does not preform as described...maybe wash car/truck and house windows. But no no on power washing stone patio/ driveway. Live n learn

This is absolute rubbish, do not waste your time or money.

BUYER BEWARE: Piece of trash. As soon as I removed it from the box, the front nozzle tube broke off- exposing it has been "repaired" with glue. DO NOT BUY- biggest waste of money! It's a scam and a sham product.
