Infringes on the rights of others, had to pay settlement re: PPP funds

The US Attorney's Office for Washington DC reports, "Non-Profit A Jewish Voice for Peace, Inc. to Pay $677,634 to Resolve PPP Fraud Allegations" PPP = Paycheck Protection Program. "At the time it applied for the second draw PPP loan, A Jewish Voice for Peace certified to its lender and the SBA in the loan application that it was ânot a business concern or entity primarily engaged in political or lobbying activities, including any entity that is organized for research or for engaging in advocacy in areas such as public policy or political strategy or otherwise describes itself as a think tank in any public documents.â It further certified in the loan forgiveness application that it met the conditions for receiving the second draw PPP loan. The investigation revealed that A Jewish Voice for Peace was primarily engaged in political activities. A Jewish Voice for Peace contends that any misstatements in this application were inadvertent."
JVP's own web site reports, "We shut down 8 bridges in 8 cities on the 8th night of Hanukkah," thus infringing on the rights of countless travelers. Orchestration of unlawful civil disobedience is cause for revocation of tax exempt status. A letter from Jason Smith, House Ways & Means from September 2024 reinforces this. "Dear Commissioner Werfel:
I write today to refer Jewish Voice for Peace (âJVPâ) for investigation and ultimately
revocation of its tax-exempt status. JVP has engaged in conduct that includes organizing protests
that have turned violent and support for illegal encampments on college campuses, despite its
stated tax-exempt purpose as an advocacy and human rights organization. This conduct is
designed to sow chaos and discord in our society, has involved illegal activities, and certainly is
not in furtherance of any tax-exempt purpose."
JVP has also lied about Israel committing genocide in Gaza. The only genocide was the one attempted by Hamas on Oct. 7 2023 and Hamas' charter calls for annihilation of Jews.
I have viewed the online articles in question (including from JVP's own site as opposed to what others say about them) and am not relying on hearsay from others. I have not received any incentive to write this.
