As a magazine journalist in the eighties I welcomed swapping my forty-year-old Remington portable for an IBM, DOS-based word processor, even if writing was now more like programming. Could I ever have dreamed there would come a day when I would watch the cursor dancing across the screen of, let's say, the IBM's great great grandson, propelled not by me but an articulate expert four miles away. Who, very occasionally, asked me to break off from drinking coffee to click here or there, explaining why, and perhaps discussing the weather. And lo, the link beween my PC and printer was re-established in no time. Thus we have entered the era of the Civilised PC Repair and this is one of the specialities of John Finch Computers of Hereford. Bless them all

John was great with my request. he then passed me onto John from accounts and he delt with all my finance issues. he then pasted me on to John from customer relations and he sorted it all out. then I went on to a dating website and guess who I seen, John. Really helpful team of staff providing us with technical support for a variety of computer systems. Most recently helping with website maintenance. Quick to respond to enquiries, provided friendly helpful advice and good solutions to issues.

Excellent communication during development stage of our webpage, as well as continuous support with innumerable small tasks. I am really grateful also for the advice and guidance offered regarding GDPR etc.
