Steve did the attic, outside drain and full sweep of the house in an organised and efficient manner

Fantastic company made the booking on the Monday for them to come same week Thursday 7 different times changed by them , then to come Friday 5 different times changed by them , then due to come Saturday turned up earlier than arranged ( thought they could get away with no one being in ) completed the job 3 wasp nests in the eves of my property. The chap who dealt with the wasp nests was although very knowledgeable when asked by my wife what might be the cause of the wasp nests his response was shrugged shoulders as he looked around - when my wife asked is there any thing that can be done to prevent further nests in the future in the eves of our property his response was not really.
All information cause and prevention can be easily found with a quick google.
I would definitely be recommending this company but not for their service or staff knowledge

Very quick and knowledgeable service. They treated the problem efficiently and left no mess. Would definitely recommend.

The service seemed a bit expensive however it was efficient and courteous. An email informed me when the specialist would arrive, a further text told me he was on his way and he arrived on time in a discreetly painted van.
Artur was knowledgable and had a pleasant manner. He told me what to expect, donned his hazmat suit and went to war with the wasps!

This is the second visit for a wasps nest in our loft.
They set off a fogging bomb in the loft of our house that has a positive input ventilation system installed. That means that air from the loft is circulated round the house, which is currently uninhabitable.

Trying to speak to an actual person is impossible as all the interactions are AI.

Got rid of a wasp nest I had fast, also educated me in preventing them coming back. Really nice guy. Thanks

The lead-up and preparation was a little confusing, with conflicting information and different prep sheets, which made the process quite stressful.

However, Jason was fantastic! He clearly explained the process, reassured us that our preparation was up to standard, and made us feel completely at ease leaving our home in his care. He kept us updated throughout, and everything was exactly as expected when we returned.

Jason was professional, friendly and a real credit to the company. Highly recommended!

Antonelli from JG Pest Control provided great customer service and ensured she went through the house diligently closing any holes she could find. The fact she didn’t just leave the mouse poison in the rooms made a big difference. I would highly recommend to use the company.

Over the past 3 months, we have had 3 treatments for bedbugs after unfortunately picking these up at an event we attended. The service comes with a 3 month warranty which makes the exorbitant initial fee seem a little more worthwhile. Unfortunately, we are still seeing activity after the three treatments. I am incredibly disappointed in JG Pest Control and wish, in hindsight, that we hadn’t panicked upon our discovery and had waited the extra few days for a smaller, local pest control company to come out to us, which will now become our next step due to the issue persisting. Prior to, and following each treatment, we followed all the recommended procedures, bagging things up, hot washing and tumble drying, freezing anything that couldn’t be hot washed, etc. only to be let down by the service provided.

Absolutely avoid! Please save your money and stress levels and find a smaller, independent company!

My experience so far with JG has been generally excellent, once I got past the AI bot 'Maisie' who initially answered out of hours; I recommend calling during the day and talking to a real person. When I did, Margaret was outstandingly informative, professional, flexible and helpful. She arranged a survey at short notice with Stephen, who actually arrived earlier than the agreed slot; he was also clearly well on top of the job, expert and experienced, and clearly giving advice designed to help me rather than maximise the company's profit, having found no evidence of any infestation. The survey is as far as I have got so far, but I do recommend at least talking to JG on the basis of what I have experienced so far.

The experience was great the information was explained as a long the way. They are very helpful especially if you don't know what to expect all the questions answered.

From booking to completion, very impressed. Arthur, the technician, who attended my property, was brilliant. Knew instantly what to do, professional, polite and knowledgeable, but also very reassuring. Problem was delt with quickly. In short. Job done!
