Absolutely horrible company. It takes weeks to receive a response. My team has tried to get a response, and we’re always met with excuses and lies. I do not recommend this company at all. Sam is too busy to assist, and send inaccurate updates. I’ve caught him in so many lies. It’s ridiculous.

The company is very responsive and addresses inquiries quickly, really important for a quick turn around time on verification of benefits to help keep revenues flowing smoothly.
