A member of our team will be reaching out to you directly to review what happened and work toward making things right!
We're truly sorry that you received the wrong items, not just once, but twice.
We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be, especially when you trusted us to correct the issue the first time. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the repeated mistakes and inconvenience.
We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns!
