Firstly, I have been with the company for nearly 2 years. In this time I have grown as a person and in my career immensely and now have international experience to my credit. From unpacking the current situation to planning for the change- all this was done which has improved my life and career. From explaining different behaviours and the effect they have on peers to developing strategies to change the trajectory of my career using subconscious bias. I would not be where I am with out Jill and Evolves assistance.

Jill’s coaching has been really valuable for both my personal life and career. She’s helped me see things from different perspectives and think about situations in new ways. I’ve really enjoyed being challenged and pushed to grow, and I can definitely see the progress I’ve made since working with her. Would definitely recommend Jill to anyone looking to grow personally or professionally.
