Jimmy's Car Hire レビュー

Incredible friendly and flexible service from the team at Jimmy’s - plus the Jimny is the ideal Cape Town car, easy to park anywhere

An all round excellent experience. The car was ready and waiting after the flight with the most straight forward handover.
Maya was so much fun to drive, in immaculate condition and I can't wait to hire another Jimny!
They were also very flexible with the handover back at the airport due to crazy traffic. Perfect.

seamless process, great drive and great service. i will duffs use the service everytime i am in cape town.

Easy online process and seamless booking. Clear terms and quick communication. Part automated, part human, great all over!

Booked the wonderful little car for 3 full weeks over December, and enjoyed every mile driving it up and down the Cape coast.

Friendly preemptive contact from the company before pick-up and drop-off, and appreciated their patience with us and assistance at the airport.

Comparably and reasonably priced, I thought, also given the pleasure of the car.

😩Made a booking in October 2023 and stayed in constant communication with Jimmy’s car hire and made my payment on 6th November and I was reassured that my booking is secure and I can have access to the car from 6th-8th January 2024. To my surprise when I inquired yesterday (2nd Jan) to see if we are all set I find out my booking has been messed up and can only use the car at 7:30pm on the 7th of January!! What a joke! and mind you it’s the day of my birthday that day & had made plans to drive to Franschhoek with my friends! Im not happy at all. Unprofessional!!! I’m really disappointed by them. Don’t bother!

A great experience all-round
The key points:
• The car was in perfect shape, newly-cleaned and looking fresh
• Pick-up and drop-off was seamless and convenient
• All correspondence with Jimmy’s was answered immediately

Highly recommend this unique and personal rental service any time you’re in Cape Town, and hopefully in other places in SA soon!

Smooth online booking process. The Suzuki Jimny is an amazing choice of car for Cape Town, I especially appreciate the Hill Hold Control during steep drives. Thanks, Ross, Wayne, and Sakhi for an overall great car hire experience!

Wayne was super helpful with everything would definitely recommend using these guys! Super flexible easy booking overall great.

We had the BEST time with our Jimny for the week. The renting process was SO easy and simple and their online (whatsapp) assistance was superb! Will definitely reccommend using Jimmy's! And we will again in the future - if we don't end up buying our own Jimny that is... :) Thanks for FANTASTIC service!!!

We had a good experience with Jimmy's. The staff were friendly and kind. Really a cool car to use when you want to explore Cape Town. :)

Wow ! What a stunning crew, stunning service and immaculate vehicle. Thank you Ross and Matt for the exceptional service. You come highly recommended. Marius

The car was exactly as per our expectations. Communication was always responsive and clear. And having the car dropped off and collected at our locations of choice made all the difference. Would definitely recommend and rent again with Jimmy's.

Jimmy's Car Hire is super professional and can compete with any of the big brand car hire companies as far as operational efficiency is concerned. There is a personal touch to the service they render. I will definitely make use of them again.
As far as the rental vehicle goes... Mint condition and squeaky clean. Harper is happiness on wheels and a pleasure to drive.

Professional and highly tailored level of service. Skip the big rental chains and go straight to Jimmy's. Our rental car was well maintained, new and a pleasure to drive.

Personal service and clean cars. Such a pleasant and efficient company to work with. Thanks guys! x

Best car rental company service u have ever experienced

Excellent service. Would highly recommend using Jimmy’s Car hire. Ross and Matt was super friendly and helpful from booking to drop off. Vehicle was spotless.

Fantastic experience with Jimmy’s. Billing was easy, easy pickup and dropoff, beautiful Jimnys and nice surprise on the touchscreen install. We rented a cabin and drove around the vineyards - in a Jimny that’s a perfect holiday.

Enjoyed renting the little Jimny for our few days in the Winelands.

Service was excellent. Seamless pick and and drop off. Would defintely recommend.
