It seems that Jing has suddenly stopped shipping out most of its orders beginning a few months ago. Before that, they were a legit company that actually shipped out things. Now, all of their Tiktok videos and Instagram posts are flooded with hundreds of comments complaining how they haven't gotten their order even though it's been months. I am one of those people who didn't get their order. It's impossible to talk to anyone in customer support. It was a pain in the butt to have to dispute it with my bank. Please don't order from them because there's a good chance it won't even arrive.

It’s been four months since I made an order. They seem to promise a refund but have been stalling me for 3 months. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable

I have been a longtime customer of JING and used to love them, but the order I placed last month will be my last with this company.

The quality of their products has become extremely cheap and won't look at all like what was pictured, even if you are of similar height and build to the models pictured. 2/3 items I ordered arrived damaged. One item the stitching was already coming undone in several places and the other item arrived with dirt stains.

I contacted customer service about the issue, and they refused to make it right. They expected me to pay the return shipping for items that they sent damaged/defective.

With the lack of quality of their current products and awful customer service, I no longer trust JING with my business.

Yeah this site is a scam. I placed an order on March 23 and after a month of no shipping confirmation and trying to contact costumer service (even though I had been immediately charged for the item) customer service finally replied to me and I was asked to upload an order confirmation number or screenshot of payment. I did this, and never heard back from them. I requested a refund. Did not hear back. I ended up having to open a dispute with my bank because I never received the item.

This is a scam. Be careful with your money

I placed 4 orders that totalling over £400 since January, but I haven't got them. I also was blocked my email after 2 times requesting order track. I don't believe these 5* comments. You should read all the 1* reviews because they all have a same problem: No reply, blocked email, no refund... and the order never comes.

I have successfully placed 4 small orders before, everything is fine. But it seems that was just the initial decoy.

I left a 1* comment for Jingus but I don't know it disappear. I hope Trustpilot didn't delete my review.

Everything went wrong. Please don't believe in those 5 star ratings. They are fraud. They blocked me from customer care so that I can't msg them for my refund.

My order from January have still not arrived. I’ve written an email to customer service a month ago but still no response. :(

Even one star is too much for the jingus. I ordered some clothes and they were too small and of bad quality, I haven't worn them I returned the address that shows on their website page. I wrote to customer service a million times they did not even read my email. They sent me a regular email every time. They have not refunded my money back but I try every day until I get my money back. Never never but items from them!!!

Complete scam. I ordered on 2/19 and still have not received my order (today is 6/9). Multiple emails to customer service never answered. I finally just did a chargeback with my bank to get my money refunded.

Worst experience it’s a scam the pictures on the site is totally different than the ones you’ll receive, not to mention some items will not be the same, a different jacket you will not receive the sizes you’ll order be aware of the site I had to wait 3 months for something horrendous and quality is really bad

It’s a scam. I’ve ordered from them in the past so I thought it would be ok. However, I placed an order on Memorial Day and was charged immediately but never received a shipping tracker. I emailed their customer service to inquire and the email bounced back!

i never got my order and it has been over six months since i ordered. i emailed them and they kept giving my excuses on why the package is delayed. now they are not answering my emails.

I ordered from them a year ago last minute for an event and everything came beautifully and right on time, so I decided to shop again for another event I was attending this year. I ordered on March 9th and when things didn’t ship out around a month later, they said that it would take another 3-5 days to ship it out (They responded to me within 3 hours it seemed so promising 😭). Literally 5 days later, they sent me an email saying they were moving warehouses and this was what was causing a delay AND THEN offered me 40% off on another order as an apology, which is insane! It is now June 5th, and I have heard nothing back from them and now my emails (I’ve emailed twice) are bouncing back! 💀 And I’m seeing they are getting backlash for the same things on social media 👀 I’m honestly happy I only spent $70 instead of $100+ like I originally planned to because this is crazy😅 Save ya money y’all!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I canceled my order because it had not shipped after 2 weeks and I was NEVER refunded. I emailed customer support over 3 times and they just ignored my emails. Do not order from here!!!! They will keep your money.

Please dont believe the 5 stars reviews. Do your research and go in their instagram. They delete all their comments because they are scammers! My order never arrived (ordered in december) they ghosted all my mails. NOT EVEN A TRACKING. I dont know why they haven’t been canceled yet

I have already ordered more than once and I had never had a problem until this last time, I placed an order more than 3 months ago and they never sent me my order, I have already requested too many times that they cancel my order and return my money but they always answer me the emails saying that they already canceled it but it is not true and they still do not solve anything for me.

Ordered on 9th of Jan up till now nothing received. First time contacting customer care I got a reply that they will send asap the order. But nothing got send. Then again contact customer care… no reaction. It is a scam

I ordered in the past and loved their clothes. I decided to place a new order this past December. Products never arrived. After 2 mos of no answer, I opened a PayPal claim and was finally reimbursed (J.ing probably never even responded to ebay). Today is June 2nd 2023 and just out of curiosity I decided to check my order number. The status is STILL "awaiting shipment". smh... just don't.

I found this website on a whim looking to purchase dresses for an upcoming wedding I’m attending. I made an order 2 months ago and they were saying there are delays due to a large amount of orders they received or that the “products are still in PRODUCTION”?

I received no shipping details nor any updates from them unless I reached out. I have no order from them and they have my money. I’m not sure if they’re a real company, from my experience, they’re just thieves. Be careful.

please do not believe those comments are saying " we ordered several times and everything is great". They are owners or people who work for them. This website a total SCAM. I am waiting for returning my money back through my bank yet. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THEY DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING FOR YOU.
