Fraud! Scam! stay away from this company.
I have purchased items from Jing before and I was happy about them; HOWEVER, I still have not received the order made on Jan 1, 2023 and no news so far.
So sad to see this company went downhill but STAY AWAY from this company now.

If I can give it a 0 star, I would.
I placed an order back in March and I reached out numerous of times regards the shipment status, they keep promising my order would be shipped priority. It’s been two months now and I’m asking for a refund multiple times but apparently my emails were blocked.
I tried reaching out via Facebook, Instagram, and the staffs repeatedly said “your order will be shipped soon” despite my request of cancellation and refund. All of their social media platforms have turned off the comment sections.
This is very frustrating and inconsiderate of JING. I will not be shopping here again.
In the mean time, if anyone knows how to get money back from them, please help me!
Terrible customer service
Finally I received my delayed order after 40days since the order done. Jing sent me the wrong item and need to return it .I tried to contact Jing customer service multiple times at facebook, no one respond my requested and ALL e mail sent out to JING customer care, and have been block.
Is it really have someone to take care of customer service.

These clowns sent me The wrong product. I want to return it for a refund. I contacted them and all they wrote back is an offer for a five dollar voucher. I want to send back the product I did not order and get FULL refund. Instead they sent a ugly poor quality dress that was not the same dress I ordered. It was another model and it was ripped and cut too on top of the back . Scam company!

It is the third time that I ordered from Jing, The first two times my experience was good but this time, I didn't receive my order after over two months, and when I sent emails I got no answers and they blocked me. I am really disappointed !!

They used to have good customer service and I liked their products, so I decided to order twice again recently. But now they just stopped shipping orders altogether and I even followed up via email, and I still haven’t gotten my order. It’s been a month and a half since I ordered them. I tried emailing them again and they blocked my email twice. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT BUY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR MONEY. There goes my $200 down the drain. They used to be trustworthy but now they’re straight up scammers.

The worst experience i have ever had shopping for clothes online. Took over 2 months to get here and when they did, most of mg items were damaged! I reached out to the customer service email and the email was blocked! I wish i read reviews before buying this place is such a scam.

If you see a positive comment rest assured it’s very likely a bot.
Their terms and conditions have changed as well so it makes it harder to file a complaint.
I was lucky enough to have gone through Klarna they helped me open a dispute but don’t support this buisness!

I’ll start by saying that the clothing from J.ING is trendy and up-to-date. The quality is passable and the shipping was fairly quick. That’s pretty much where my good experience ends.
After my second purchase with J.ING, I needed to exchange two items for a different size and started the return policy. I proceeded to be ghosted. I contacted their customer service on four different occasions, just to get someone to speak to me and heard nothing. So I’m left with items that I can’t fit, but really wanted to exchange because I genuinely liked them.
I’m completely turned off from buying from them in the future because of this experience. What if I need to make another return? Sometimes it’s hard to tell what size I’ll need, even after looking at the sizing chart. It’s extremely unprofessional behavior and felt very rude.
Just be aware that if you purchase something at the wrong time, ie. during a sale or holiday, and you need to make a return, you might get ghosted.

I asked them for a refund because I’ve never heard of shipping taking this long in my entire life. Also, they have the worst customer service, I reached out to them via social media and also via email. They responded to both but after a longggg time!! They take forever to respond and finally I got an email saying “we’ve refunded your item and it would take about 7-10 business days” it’s been way past 10 days. It’s been 15 or 16 days and I still haven’t received my refund. I emailed them again to make sure I get my refund and after I sent it I got a notification that I was blocked by the company. I hope no one goes through what I went through. Please do not buy anything from them. They will STEAL from you.

They still have my money from last year, yes, April 2022! The products are not the right size, so they convinced me to return for store credit, then, they do not ship the new order and no response to numerous emails. They drag it out so you cannot dispute the credit card charge! Scam! Don't buy from this site!

Company don’t supply any products you have paid for. Order never gets shipped. Customer service also useless and don’t care to help. They tell you it will ship soon and then you ask them again 5 months later multiple times and they never respond.
