From the proofing during the sales process to the product showing up- the sign is great- totally awesome actually. Delivery took several weeks, but worth it.

The sign is amazing
The sign is amazing. I wish they would have spent a little more time with the lighting details. After receiving the sign I wish they would have added lights in other places. I listened to them but I also felt rushed to order. They are fast !

The process was so simple!
The process was so simple. It started with an AI rendering, and then they came back with a more detailed “real“ rendering for approval, and it looks just like the rendering (which is to say awesome!). If you want a cool sign, these guys can deliver it.

1st off I was skeptical BUT 100% HAPPY with product
1st off I was skeptical of the ad's and spent time doing my research of Jixta and was worried they were offshore and how fast the design was done. Too good to be true right? Great follow-up step by step and making sure everything was. When we received the product, it was as I wanted and tracking for shipping. The packing was so secure and professional, the sign was so nice and well put together and glows like magic. We are very very pleased and will return when we do something elease

I absolutely love my neon sign
I absolutely love my neon sign! The whole process was smooth, simple, and stress-free from start to finish. Evelyn was amazing to work with—friendly, professional, and very patient throughout the entire design process. Jixta worked with me every step of the way until my rough idea became a perfect finished product. Great customer service, great communication, and an even better final result. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service from design to delivery
Evelyn did a great job assisting me during the sign design process! We make about 3-4 adjustments to truly bring our logo to life, and Evelyn made the process seamless.
Our sign came in great and was easy to set up!
