I recently purchased an EV and had a few quotes for a home charger JJs was very reasonable and they could do it in less than a week. The guys were very knowledgeable did a neat installation. I have no hesitation in recommending them

I recently had a Home Pro 3 charger installed by JJ Electrical and couldn’t be happier with the service.

Ben did an excellent job mounting the charger and the overall installation was very clean and professional. The cable management was neat and tidy, and it was obvious that care had been taken to make everything look good rather than just getting the job done as quickly as possible.

As someone who didn’t want a rushed or poor-quality installation, I appreciated that Ben took the time to explain how everything worked, including the RCBO protection, CT clamps, and the IP-rated sub-unit that was installed. It gave me confidence that the system had been set up correctly and safely.

He also helped me get started with the app and showed me how to use it, even though that’s not really part of his electrical expertise. That extra effort was greatly appreciated.

Another nice surprise was that I ended up receiving 2.5m of additional charging cable because the only chargers they had available came with a 7.5m cable rather than the 5m version I originally expected, and they didn’t charge me anything extra for it.

The whole installation was completed in around two hours, everything was left clean and tidy, and the charger works perfectly.

Highly recommend JJ Electrical and Ben to anyone looking for a professional EV charger installation. 5 stars

We had an EV charger fitted recently. JJ Electrical replied to our enquirer promptly, offered a competitive price and fitted it within a week. The fitter was very professional, polite and helpful. He did a very neat job and took time to explain to me (a pensioner) how to download and use the app. I would recommend JJ Electrical as an excellent electrical company.

I got in touch with them when I was having issues with an existing charger. Was able to book in and have one installed within a few days, Ben who installed it was super nice and efficient and swapped them over. All done within an hour and for a good price. Would very much recommend them!
