I recently bought a new Suzuki Swift hybrid from J & J Motors in Bridgend. I dealt with Tom Crosbee, who was fantastic; he went way above and beyond. The whole experience was wonderful, and I love my new car! I've been using this branch for years even though I have to drive quite a distance to get there. It's a really nice team and the service is brilliant.

I have been using J&J Ford at Crosshands for over 8 years, having dealt with Chris and more recently Rob in the sales team. They are always professional, providing all the relevant information without the aggressive selling that you experience with some dealerships. They go out of their way to make sure that you get the best deal to suit your circumstances. Their after sales service is also excellent and they are always on hand to deal with any queries you may have.

Rob even took care of transferring my private plates, sorted out the tax, MOT, service, and included a 1-year warranty – everything was covered, which made the whole process stress-free.

As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated that Rob wasn’t pushy at all. He made me feel completely at ease and comfortable with my purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his friendly, professional approach gave me real confidence.

Excellent service all round. Can't praise tom and his team highly enough.

I needed a car quickly and was quite specific in my needs. It was getting harder and harder at other garages and a few garages had lots of different add on's to the prices seen.
