I recently bought a new Ignis from J&J Motors, including a trade-in of my old one. I was offered a fair deal and was given excellent customer service from start to finish. Very pleased.

Sales team are not pushy... you get a lot of time to just mull over the different cars in your own time. Very happy with my first Suzuki car. Small blip at the beginning making contact with the aftersales team, but once sorted, they were very helpful.

The purchasing if the vehicle was so easy. Staff were great and the Suzuki S Cross is beautiful.

Having been Seat drivers for the past 15 years and due to Seat no longer trading in the area we looked at the Suzuki S Cross as a replacement for our Ateca. From meeting Phil for the first time to taking ownership of our new car was a walk in the park. I would highly recommend JJ motors to anyone who is looking a hassle free purchase.
My one little criticism is having had five brand new cars over the years they have always come with a full tank of petrol. This was driving on fumes when I received it and the young man who handed the car over forgot to show me where the fuel cap release was, which resulted in me very quickly thumbing through the owners manual at the fuel station much to the amusement of the other customers 😂

Good knowledge of cars on sale. No pressure to buy a car. Team were patient, offered a test drive and talked through different payment options etc.
Kept us upto date with delivery date and collection of new car.
On collection talked through basic function of controls etc

Clear explanations of what to expect from the disability service, good choice of course and test driving. they took the time to explain what I needed to do and what they will be doing
