Good quality bike purchased. Easy to put together. Doesn't move or wobble at all. Really impressed with kit.

Been trying to get in contact with JLL I've had no response to any of my emails or phone messages. I ordered a new control board and motor for my treadmill and looking to returned the items as motor arrived damaged. Worst £250 ever spent.

Treadmill itself seems pretty decent! However it took too long to be delivered… then when it did arrive it was meant to be two man and only one man who nearly dropped it when he delivered it. Finally set it up and it was damaged and potentially been thrown around in transit which after waiting too long for delivery was frustrating. We then rang up to sort and even though their answer phone says their open Saturdays they weren’t… so then had to wait till Monday to get in touch.. but then they did send out a replacement part pretty quick and they were really good at replying to Facebook messages.
So overall, product was good (when not damaged), delivery originally was too slow, but they did sort out the damage pretty quick. Not sure if I’d use them again or not… it’s a hassle to have to sort out damaged products!

good service viw email but phone doesn't answer

Really easy to order on the website, order confirmed quickly, fast delivery. The bike was easy to assemble, gives a quiet and comfortable ride, a good addition to my exercise regime.

Dispatched & Delivered promptly and with care. Easy to assemble with everything you need inc multi tool. It only took me 15 minutes to unpack and get it made.
I am really happy with both service and product and would highly recommend using this company. (JLL)
I expect to be ordering a few more fitness products from them in the near future.

A good price on the spare part I needed and prompt delivery. Part was great quality and was fitted easily using the supplied guide.

I purchased a treadmill from Jll fitness and so far so good with product. Packaging was brilliant and the look and build of the treadmill is great. What the biggest issue with this company is the really poor customer service. Its shockingly poor. I had to beg and ended up telling them I was cancelling my order simply because they would not give me a delivery date. Got to the stage that I felt I was in the wrong asking for a delivery date. The response i got was 'it is more than likely with the courier ' after that it was like pulling teeth trying to get an answer until I said I was cancelling my order and looking a refund and 2 days later it turned up. A bit of work is needed in the customer service area so unhelpful. Looking an exercise bike but decided to go elsewhere for this reason.

Terrible customer service

Bought a cross trainer in November that I can’t use because parts are broken.
Have been trying to contact customer service for an over a month, multiple voicemails left and emails sent but no one has contacted me.

On the second day of use the S300 treadmill has developed a fault - I have called every day for a week leaving three voicemails- without receiving a reply - I have also emailed twice which has again gone unanswered - very disappointing customer services. Please can someone contact me

Good product not so good customer service.

They pick and choose what email they want to reply, never answer the call and ask you to leave a voice message to which they never respond.

Initially I gave JLL a good review as following ‘in transit’ damage to my Aqua 1 rowing machine they dealt with this very well. HOWEVER, three months in and one of the blades inside the water chamber has snapped off making it unusable after light home use. After the third email to JLL threatening legal action, they responded stating this is normal ‘wear and tear’ and they would send a replacement. I should not be having to dismantle and replace this myself when it’s still under warranty especially as I’m no expert with these machines! When asked for a refund I was told this is outside the 30 day period. So if you purchase an Aqua 1 from JLL fitness, expect to be repairing it often ( no idea how much the paddle blades cost but I bet not cheap). My advice: DON’T BOTHER! Get a good quality machine from elsewhere; might cost more but long term will be worth it. Poor customer service follow up from JLL
Following the reply from JLL they seem to be missing the obvious points: the machine broke after just 3 months - I now have to repair it. If it had broken after 3 years use, then fair enough. Am I supposed to be happy about this? I don't think it's acceptable. The response from their staff ( sounds like the same person replying) is just defensive, not customer focused, and not helpful. Considering the machine has a 12 month warranty they make it sound as if they are doing me a favour by sending a new part as ' a gesture of goodwill' - it's a legal requirement! I will be following it up with the Consumer Ombudsman as I don't feel their product is of satisfactory quality ( supposedly they use ' the strongest materials' in their ad - clearly not or it wouldn't have broken! I am over 60 and only use it for around 15-20 mins daily. My advice to other potential buyers- AVOID !
Update: the part arrived, no instructions as to how to fit; I am quite technically minded but after 2 hours trying to dismantle this I still cannot get the paddle (which is plastic and moulded onto the spindle) and the spindle off; it is ridiculous to expect anyone to try this, and why are the paddles plastic? This will be going to the recycling centre where it belongs..utter rubbish quality.

Great value treadmill which does everything we require.
We needed some spare bolts and JLL Fitness Customer Services were very helpful.

Went to the showroom in Birmingham to check out the spin bike before I purchased. Staff very helpful and patient while I tried out different spin bikes. Went home to give it more thought but decided to buy via their website. Bike arrived earlier than expected. Easy to assemble. Clear instructions. Have been using it regularly since and LOVE IT. Good piece of kit without breaking the bank.

We wanted a place where we could view the bikes rather than just ordering online, JLL came up close by, the gentleman who showed us the exercise bikes had great knowledge and very friendly.

Great product, excellent price, whisper quiet. Well made. Very stable. Quite big, not for the smallest folk.
Would be 5 stars but for the shocking 3rd party shipping agents XPD the D must stand for DIRE! Almost zero communication, hopeless tracking and when Comm’s did finally arrive it was too late to make any arrangements and they were late anyway. Rubbish in this day and age.

10 days after payment no communication at all.
They said two man delivery but it was delivered by one man and he struggled with weight of 70kgs of the item

Before ordering I made an enquiry re: a comparison with concept 2 rowers (the one I had was old and tired and worn), I was recommended the Ventis 3. I must say I’m really impressed with it. The resistance is possibly similar to level 8 on the concept 2. My rehab clients love it, which is the main thing. I’m thinking of ordering one for home.

I ordered a JF100 Home Exercise Bike from JLL which was supposed to be brand new. Unfortunately, when I took everything out of the box, I discovered scratches and scuff marks on almost every part. Looked to me like a returned item. JLL have a returns policy so i thought i could just call them and arrange a return because i was not happy with the bike. I rang their customer support line - 0121 328 7507 and it went to an autometed response to leave a message and a they would ring back as soon as possible. Over the next 3 days i rang and left 3 messages but no one called me back. I found another number to call - 0800 612 3988 but this number does not work. Just a message to say the number is suspended. I found an email address and messaged them to say how disappointed i was with the service so far and they responded with a message saying i could return it. No apologies or explaination. They bike was collected and JLL received the bike. It then took over 2 weeks to get my refund from the day they received the bike back. That was with a few emails to ask about the refund along the way. Really poor customer support. Would not recommend
