Returned 2 fleeces that were way oversized and bought them in a smaller size as good quality product (5 star for that) Return was never completed. Item lost in the post? Sent the item 4 weeks ago but still no refund. Emailed multiple times as refund is over £100 but I have been ignored each time. Poor communication. Would not use again

The quality and fit of all of the clothing is amazing, just love this brand.

This is the 3rd mystery bag I have purchased and it will be my last. None of my items match meaning I have to spend more money to be able to wear any of the items. I presumed they were a way to get quality items at a lower cost, which they are, although I am saving nothing when I have to purchase several other items to be able to wear them. You see influencers posting their mystery items and they match?!

I stumbled on this brand at the recommendation of Tabitha Warley/Takeheart and am so so glad I did. The product ordered is absolutely beautiful - soft and comfy. There was an issue with my first order and Lou was SO kind, and so quick to resolve the issue with speed and professionalism. I would highly recommend this lovely independent brand not only for the beautiful, quality products but also their strong customer focussed ethos. Thank you so much 💗

I placed an order for over £300 from the Miss Greedy Homes collection on 30th January. By 12th February I still hadn’t received my order or any update, so I emailed J Luxe to chase it. I received no response.

As I was still within my legal cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, I then emailed requesting to cancel the order. I eventually received a reply saying they would look into it. However, just two hours later I received a dispatch notification despite my cancellation already being submitted. Under consumer law, dispatching goods after a valid cancellation does not reinstate the contract.

I raised a formal complaint and was told I could return the parcel. I explained that as the cancellation had already been made, the return should be at their cost.

By 21st February I still hadn’t received the parcel and again received no response to my emails. Between 21st–26th February I received delivery notifications saying the parcel couldn’t be delivered. On 26th February I received a delivery notice only to discover the parcel had actually been returned to sender.

The fulfilment team then incorrectly claimed my postcode was wrong (it wasn’t). After several emails back and forth, they eventually admitted the mistake.

It took until 8th March to finally receive a refund and even then the postage was excluded. After further emails, the postage was eventually refunded on 10th March.

From start to finish this was an unnecessarily stressful experience involving poor communication, incorrect information, and a failure to handle a simple cancellation properly.

If you’re looking for a straightforward and hassle-free online shopping experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Had to chase delivery as i wasnt told it had sold out. However it was worth the wait. Large sizing so order 1 size smaller

This is one of the best products on the market

I have been wearing leggings from Jluxe for years now. As a plus sized tall girl I found it hard to find leggings that were squat proof and size inclusive, great value for money, buttery soft, washed well, came in great colours, had at least one pocket big enough to put my phone in on a run, and held me in without folding over at the top or digging in. Somehow these leggings tick every single box! I wear them every day as a dog walker, gym goer, busy mum of 3. They are phenomenal! I also have the shorts, flares and socks too!

I have a complete addiction to this website. I’ve never had leggings so comfortable, they fit so well and make you look and feel amazing. I also have the knitted jumpers, 2 in each colour. I am totally OBSESSED

Cannot comment on the clothing as I haven’t recieved it.
Ordered on 01/01, which advised 2-4 day delivery. After about a week I emailed and asked for an update and someone emailed back straight away saying they would look into it. On 12/01 after again not hearing anything I emailed and was told that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock, and asked if I wanted anything instead. Not sure why it took 12 days for them to realise it was out of stock?
This issue still hasn’t been resolved. I am thinking that I just got unlucky as all other reviews are great, but it’s very frustrating!

So I'm in Canada and I ordered a coat from Jluxe i had to pay 27 for shipping which suxed but I was still excited for my purchase. when it arrived I was charged 43 dollars for tarrifs at the border needless to say this was adding up and I was very hopeful the coat would fit. When I finally got it and paid all those extras I have to admit I absolutely loved it! I hated all these extra fees but I absolutely love this jacket the fit everything. I would still recommend it id just say if your Canada be prepared for these extras but it is a wonderful jacket. Also 1 size up from Canadian sizing.😉

My order has not been delivered I was placed on 13/12/ 25. Order number27429. I have asked for either the order to be fulfilled or a refund. I have received neither. I will be contacting trading standards. If neither of these outcomes happen by the end of this working week. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Fabric felt nice but that was the only positive. I ordered a bra and leggings set and used their size guide. The bra doesn't feels supportive and just fits weird. The leggings are long but seemed to fit elsewhere, until I started exercising and then they needed to be constantly pulled up. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Coat arrived and I had ordered to big a size got it returned and a smaller one sent out quickly ! Coat is beautiful so heavy and warm with great zips ! For opening when your sitting the pockets are softly lined and so cosy hood a great size and all lined so makes it cosy ! Would recommend 100 percent !
